Having paid for 3 nights - the room was barely clean. I asked for extra towels and was told they didn't have any! I asked for an extra pillow and was told to come to the office. Once there, they didn't have any. Shower was plugged. Nothing offered. The clincher - BED BUGS! I'm covered in bites. NO compensation offered... More

The first room they gave us the floor was not clean, But we could over look that, Until I turned the bed down, It was very obvious the beds have not been changed, When I called the front office, She said the only thing she could do is give us another room. I ask her to check the beds to... More

Stayed here during the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. The room was VERY basic; no closet just wall hooks, no dresser just a shelf unit, very thin sheets and bedspread-no blanket. The place is undergoing renovation and must use the parent companies people so many things were only partly completed. Risky stair railings-some sections not connected, dangerous carpet areas. The... We are traveling around Arizona from Canada and just wanted a cheap hotel . I guess you get what you pay for ! Room looks clean from a distance but under the thin top sheet reveals a very old and dirty mattress . Our first room we were in smelt funny and the floor was very sticky . We heard... More

The location is about the only good things for this motel, it is easy to get to the freeway which will get you downtown quickly, and there is a huge Walmart and many restaurants within 4km. The actual room is the most basic room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. No fridge/microwave/coffee making facilities, no drinking water,... More

If you are looking to spend a sketchy bit of time in the southside drug-infested, crime ridden area of Tucson, then head on over to the Motel SICKS…er Motel SUCKS….I mean Motel 6 on Benson Highway. The ramshackle grounds are decaying, half of the hotel is corded off and looks condemned, and a quick tour of the hotel interior made... More

We were there during the Tucson Gem show. We stayed in rm 216 the first night Feb 8 and was moved to room 114 from Feb 9 to 14th. . We asked to be moved from room 216 because there was no hot water at night or in the morning. Our new room 114 was very dirty. The hot water... More

The staff was really friendly, and the room was nice. The bathroom wasn't remodeled in our room, but the room came with a balcony & a pool view. I will definitely stay again in the future if I'm in the area. Good job, guys!

First off I'd like to say that I live in Tucson and I stay here because it's cheap and it gives me privacy. I must have stayed a dozen times and only once I've been in an older room and it wasn't too bad. Things to remember is that it's a motel 6 and probably a pretty decent one in... More
