“Unbelievable Customer Service”

I have been staying at this Holiday Inn for almost 2 years.It is not the fanciest hotel to stay in but the staff is amazing. I could stay at some other places that are more convenient to my work travels but woud not think of doing that as I enjoy visiting with the girls up front and the restaurant staff.... More

“Great Customer Service”

As per my last review, I am very impressed with the head of banquet services at this hotel, Everett Lewis. He always does an excellent job catering to the needs of the hotel guests. All the staff here are very accommodating.

“Comfortable amenities for airport stay”

“Dirty”

Rooms are dirty. Carpet stained..Mold on walls. Rooms should notbe rented. The staff is friendly and did everything they could have to make my stay better, but they should have just been honest with me and told me what I was paying for.

“Very nice stay”

The hotel was very nice, it was roomy and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very nice, especially Everett Lewis. He helped out the maid cafe during Con-nichiwa and went above and beyond the call of duty. It was an excellent weekend stay and I'd definitely come again.
