I am not sure what hotel several of these folks reviewed, but the furniture in our room can only be described as NASTY. The couch has a rather large hole in the front and many stains, the chair is almost has the pattern worn off from use and is very stained. The front desk staff was very nice and the... More

Nice facility, but if you have to sleep on the sofa bed, just use the sofa to sleep on. I could feel both bars. Other than that the hotel was nicely kept and they went out of their way to make it comfortable.

Overall this was a good hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the manager's reception was pretty good. But there were a few things that just didn't stand-up to the Embassy Suites reputation. The room was clean-ish but the tub seemed stained. There was rotten wood on the front door frame. The WiFi internet was spotty at best and the plug-in... More

I thought this hotel was super cute. The rooms were your standard Embassy Suites hotel rooms, but the hotel layout and decor was fun and reminiscent of old southwest decor. The staff was very kind and the made to order breakfast served on the out door was fantastic.

Ok- yes the structure is dated and the rooms smaller than typical Embassy locations. What it has though is class and fun. If visiting Tucson with college friends -this is a great place to hang out. While there the USC tennis team was staying - and one could tell they were enjoying the place (not rowdy or out of control)... More

This hotel offers a lot of ammenities and has a nice location with several different resteraunts nearby to choose from. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast is fantastic (that is if you find it) The cooked to order breakfast is in a small shack outside the main breakfast buffet and was difficult to find. While I enjoyed the stay and... More

I don't usually fill out surveys, but I thought everything about this hotel was exceptionally good. I was travelling with a guest from Guadalajara, and the suite was perfect for 2 people. Room was clean, comfortable, and everything that we needed was there. Thanks!

Too dirty to be an ES. The furniture was so worn and dirty, the carpet was filthy and there was a pair of children's underwear behind a chair. It smelled bad, the tub was stained. Big disappointment. Pool area seemed ok, complimentary breakfast area was dirty (carpet dirty, chairs had syrup on them).

I have stayed several tikes at this hotel and have always been satisfied. On my last trip they did run out of Bacon and home fries. My recommendation is to have early breakfast. In general I have never been dissatisfied with any of the Hilton facilities I have stayed at except the ones in San Diego California where one is... More

The hotel is a bit old and in need of upgrades. Clean, but a bit run down. The staff is EXCELLENT! If you are in need of a good place to sleep and an amazing breakfast this is the place. The line was a bit long for the cooked to order breakfast so I ate the eggs, beans and potatoes... More
