You can't go wrong when you stay at Embassy Suites. In addition to having reasonable prices, they provide complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The rooms are spacious since they are suites, and I like the fact that they have a kitchenette in the room that includes a frig, coffee/tea maker, sink, and dining table. Both the "living" space and "bedroom"... More

I had a very pleasent trip due this hotel, the high quality service by two members of the staff Marie and Ahmed Ochoa was really outstandig; I am a professional in hospitality education and I know my business, these two persons I would definetively hire to work for me. Thank you so much.

I would have liked clean carpets, sofa/chair, bed spread. These items were stained and well used. Suite furnishings need to be upgraded to the times.. Pool was over crowded and dirty. On a high note complimentary breakfast was good.

The room was filthy. Furniture and carpet badly stained. Fridge and room smelled. When we complained to the front desk and asked to be moved we were told "we don't have any better rooms, all of our rooms are bad" We left and checked into a Marriott Courtyard across the street. It was lovely.

I was visiting the area for a family event. When I retired to my room, I really needed to rest & rejuvenate. The room overlooks the pool area, but I didn't hear anything! My room stayed cool in the desert heat. I wish that I could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel amenities, and I plan to return next... More

I have to say that I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and made all possible efforts to make the trip a positive experience. We were disappointed to have been informed that we had arrived after the manager's reception, but we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The lobby was very neat and clean.... More

The service and the staff of the hotel were EXELLENT!!! The breakfast was prepare with such perfection and details (presentation) that I took a one picture as a reminder of the cook dedication. The quietness of the room was impressive and the accommodations were realy clean. I would definely stay again in this hotel on my next visit.

We have been going to this hotel for years always had great service, but the last three times we were so very disapointed, the rooms are getting shoddy and the staff is going down hill. Will think long and hard about staying there again.

Stayed for two nights while visiting the area. Excellent location and Embassy Suites amenities. We recommend this venue to all as it is close to DM AFB and many good restaurants. We will return if in the area.

When we arrived, the drive up appeal was a bit different as it looks like a Spanish Villa. It does not look like an Embassy Suites at all. Once inside, there were tons and tons of kids in the pool. It was covered with people and long lines leading to an open bar. We arrived during a happy hour where... More
