Clean rooms, nice setup. The rooms were setup exactly like every embassy suites I have been to. All the rooms open up to an outdoor area and in the middle of that is a pool. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel food, and there is a shuttle that will take you where you need to go. There is also... More

I found the hotel to be excellent. The suite was well appointed, and I was quite comfortable. I had a personal requirement for which I needed assistance from the staff at the hotel. Both the evening and morning staff were very understanding and attentive to my need which made my stay as stress free as possible.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was quite good. However, we had to request a room change as the first room had a terrible odor. Both rooms were at the back of the property. While quiet, we did not feel quite safe. All rooms are outside entrance. As we checked out after the second... More

Large rooms with separate sleeping areas so very good for family. The staff, especially in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were outstanding (Dominique, Becky, Rosa and others). Kids loved using the heated pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and was convenient for the soccer tournament we were attending. Rooms were large, two queens and a queen sleeper in... More

The building is older so from the outside we were a little worried. Once you get inside everything is nicely updated. The room was spacious and had all new furniture and accessories. The staff was very friendly and took care of any needs we had.

Our teams have stayed here for volleyball tournaments for the last 3 years. I Kane booked with them when they were Embassy Suites. Now they are part of Hilton, but have horrible customer service and follow through! 1. Sales mngr never sent my information to block my rooms. 2. No code was given for parents to book. I had to... Our overall stay was good. Great room, clean, confortable. Staff was nice at every moment. The only complain was that, for the same price of the room, the breakfast buffet is a lot shorter than when this hotel was under the name of embassy, about one year ago. You could get your own eggs or omelette made at your choice,... More

Sometimes you just want a clean room with a door that locks. Well, I found one in Tucson, Arizona. Sorry Zonies but, this is not exactly the garden spot of America. We stayed here due to its proximity to a College Baseball event that we were attending. It was fine and served its purpose. The perfect compliment to this place... More

I can't say enough about the staff at the hotel and the restaurant, they exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed during a busy soccer tournament weekend and the whole hotel was filled with families and their children. The staff accommodated numerous special requests quickly, professionally, and always with a smile. The building is older but the rooms seem... More

My wife and I ate here in November, and I'm glad we found this local gem. We were surprised at the varied menu, but settled for tacos. My wife had the fish tacos and I had the street tacos. Both were awesome, and the flavors were perfect, a little bit spicy but not too much. Our plates looked beautiful and... More
