Patti is a wonderful person and a gracious innkeeper. The rooms are well-kept, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. We appreciated the hostesses work to keep the historical nature of the property alive and well.

Patti keeps a lovely space in the middle of Tucson. One feels miles from everything while sitting in the courtyard of the B&B looking at the fountain surrounded by flowers. Wonderful food, comfortable rooms, a real gem!

When you walk through the side courtyard gate you are greeted by the sounds of a gentle fountain. Our bed was comfy, rooms very clean. Ours had a collection of Mex/ Native tin mirrors. The fresh fruit served every morning is organic and oh the tamale pie and gingerbread pancakes! Overflowing pots of geraniums , bottlebrush , roses, pomegranate blossoms... More

We stayed at El Presidio B&B inn for a week. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful and relaxing courtyard. Our hostess was so gracious and helpful. We got there early on Easter Sunday, called Patty per the front sign. She came out and in spite of being early helped us move in and made sure we had a... More

El Presidio is a vacation paradise even if you were never to step outside into historic Tucson. We had our own sitting room separate from our bedroom and bathroom, but the rest of the inn was so wonderful that we spent very little time in that wonderful room. There is a charming and comfortable community living room area in the... More

Patti Tocci is a gracious hostess/innkeeper. She went out of her way to make our local get-a-way enjoyable. She greeted us upon arrival and pointed out many of the attractions and dining places local to the B&B. She is attentive to guests requests. The rooms and grounds are well maintained. Thank you. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. The... More

A few blocks off the Tucson Tourist Turquoise Trail and walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see in the historic downtown, El Presidio Inn is a perfect place to lay your head. Hostess Patti has made everything easy, comfortable and delicious. Prices are reasonable, parking is just outside the door, included breakfasts are thoughtfully prepared and yummy!... More

My husband and I stayed at el Presidio while attending the Tucson Festival of Books. Perfect location, near U of A and downtown, but so quiet and restful. Flower-filled courtyard, warm hospitality - it feels like the Old Tucson, which it is. Friends joined us there and loved it. Quiet, private, but easy to meet at breakfast or outdoors and... More

Downtown Tucson has many interesting activities and delicious restaurants and the El Presidio B & B is a great place to stay to enjoy them. The Inn has interesting rooms and a lovely courtyard. During our stay we enjoyed several afternoons and evenings in the courtyard relaxing and meeting other travelers staying at the Inn. Breakfast was also a fun... More

We chose the property because it was walking distance to downtown area, close to light rail stop to get to University, and were delighted that it had its own flavor. Central patio reminded me of Central American homes. Breakfast was home-cooked, tasty and different each day we were there, and provided more food than we wanted to eat! Patti is... More
