Everything was great, but my room was a the far end of the hotel and there was no elevator to the second floor. If it were not for the Young lady who helped me it would have taken forever to put my things in my room.

An excellent stay all around. Rooms and hotel itself were clean as clean can be. Friendly, efficient staff. Economical and located in a great place. Good views too. Rooms still had popcorn ceiling. Only real concern, pool cleanliness. Lots of bugs. In any case, we will stay here again for sure.

If you are looking for a "no frills" hotel, this is the place for you. Free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, and the signature free warm cookie at check-in are all perks of staying here. There are 2 onsite restaurants (including one where you get the free buffet breakfast) that have decent happy hour & late night drink and food... More

Every Staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Some of the same Staff were there from last year's stay. The Hotel has a large, deep pool and a large, deep hot tub. Excellent Fitness Center. One of the best Breakfast Buffets anywhere! There are great views from the North Tower of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Reid... More

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxed. It has two restaurants and a very comfortable lounge area. The convention ball rooms are very large and are fantastic for very large meetings. Smaller meeting rooms are also available. I have attended conventions at this hotel many times over the years. It was extremely comfortable for both large groups and small groups.... More

Better than average hotel. But not as good as other Doubletree Hotels I have used. Not a bad experience, but not outstanding, either. I would use the facility again, without hesitation. But I also would not hesitate to us another, if rate or location were better.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly, always have a smile, and greet you every time they see you. Even if it is the 2nd or 3rd time in 5 minutes. Fantastic rooms with a great view for the HHonors members.

DoubleTree by Hilton made my stay so enjoyable considering I was there to see someone in the hospital. They helped me with everything from getting my luggage into my room and ending with printing out my boarding pass and giving good directions to the airport. The food was good and they had a nice gift shop. They really provided me... More

Don't let the pictures of this hotel fool you. it is very run down. I'm surprised Hiton has their name on it. Went for business trip someone was drinking outside their room until about 1am the first night unless you stay in the tower forget it and the bunglows are far from everything. the gym is in the middle of...
