We stayed here just one night as a mid-way stop on our way to CA from TX. Got a pretty good deal through Hotwire. When we arrived that evening, everything went smoothly checking in etc. Coming from living in El Paso, we especially appreciate the lovely grounds there and GRASS, real grass hahaha! Anyways, but the problems started not long... More

Very comfortable room. We booked last minute and we were not disappointed. The customer service was first class. The room provides complimentary water coffee and tea. Our room over looked the pool which was lovely with a small balcony. We had dinner which was ok just didn't like the huge mushrooms in the pasta but overall it was fine again... More

Don't pass up a stay and an incredible meal at this hotel!! Food is incredibly delicious and wait staff very attentive-had the filet and it was well prepared as well as heavenly seasoned; rooms have garden doors with unrivaled landscaping beauty and petrified wood displayed prominently. Front desk delightful with great smiles

This is a newish hotel right at the Tucson airport. We used points to stay here when in Tucson for a baseball tournament. My husband stays at Sheratons ALOT for business. They upgraded us to a suite. It was spacious and nice. They'd taken two rooms and torn down the wall between them. One room was the bedroom and the... More

Close to the airport and convenient; rooms were adequate. Special room requests for allergy free room needs were accommodated as well as early check-in. Only reason to stay here is for airport proximity if you have an early flight; not much else going on. 24/7 free airport shuttle available. Shuttle will also take you to anything else (like restaurants) within... More

Terrible experience. Booked for 4 nights left after 1. They enlarged the bathroom in a regular size room to meet ADA at the expense of the rest of the room. Staff is the most useless I have experienced.

Most of their rooms are contracted by airline industry businesses. Pilots, flight attendants, FedEx, and othe air folk frequest this hotel that is at the front entrance (walking distance) to the Tucson Airport. I feared that I would hear air traffic, but 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed were noiseless. The rooms are nice but smallish. I had... More

The hotel is at the entry of Tucson International Airport (TIA) so it's convenient for arrival and departure. First day there were afternoon takeoffs and flyovers from Air Nat Guard F-15s that shook the hotel. Really loud. That ended at dark. Hotel is very nice, friendly staff. No restaurants but for fast food nearby. 20 min drive gets you into... More

We appreciate the time taken to share your experience and regret the noise from the F-15s. We respect the training missions they must undertake but are grateful their base is not AT the airport and they only give us the occasional 'fly-by'. We trust you will also fly by and stay with us again soon. More

Our stay was nice and the staff were friendly. We had a renovated balcony room overlooking the pool area. The only issue you may encounter is airport noise. We stayed 5 days. Two days had substantial morning airport noise, three did not. Guess it came down to which way the wind is blowing. If you are a light sleeper, you... More

Thomas, thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that your stay was enjoyable apart from the occasional noise. We are pleased that the USAF practice runs which fly low over the city only impact a couple of days each week! Trust this will not deter you from returning to Tucson, a spectacular city.. More
