I stayed at this hotel twice and had issues both times. I received surveys from SPG after my stays and was honest about the issues that I had encountered. I never expected that I would then receive a hateful email from the manager of the hotel basically saying "how dare you". Will never stay at this hotel again. A/C is... More

Traveled to Tucson Arizona and stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel. The facility conveniently located near the airport with shuttle service. I recommend the Mexican restaurants in the area because the authentic food is great. The day shift shuttle driver will give you the scoop as to where to eat and where to go depending on what... I had a recent three night stay beginning on a Saturday night. The front desk clerk, Reuben, was friendly, fast, efficient. He asked if I was a rewards member and, since I was & provided my membership number, I was upgraded to a room with a small balcony. The room was very comfortable and spotless. It was especially nice to... More

Checked in the night prior to flying out of Tuscon airport, and everything from the service at the front desk to final checkout was top-notch. Everything about the room was as it should be. My stay was highlighted by dinner at the restaurant. A very trendy vibe, well-stocked bar, and great menu selection made it hard to choose the Mediterranean... More

The hotel is very close to the airport (can literally walk from airport to hotel if you don't want to wait the 5 minutes for the shuttle). Rooms are OK; nothing special. You will hear everything from the rooms above and next to you. There really isn't anything around this location in terms of restaurants, bars, or shops however; there... More

We wanted to stay somewhere handy for the Interstate 10 and en route from the Old Tucson Studios. This was perfect and even nicer than it appeared on the website. There was a lovely bar and restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast. The room was great and as we joined the loyalty programe got a balcony room overlooking the... More

I had a very lack luster one night stay at this property last week. Upon check in Daniel at the desk treated me like a third class citizen and haggled with me for every penny even calling me in my room to inform me I would not be receiving breakfast with my rate. The first room we had was on... More

I usually avoid airport hotels for the simple reason that it isolates you from experiencing the location. However, I had to go to Tucson and I had free points burning up my pocket. Two free nights at the Sheridan Four Points seemed like a safe gamble. I know my way around Tucson and I would be driving to my destinations,... More

As I only stayed for 1 night I didn’t get to “ experience” this hotel and I have nothing negative to say. The room was big, TV – new flat screen, very clean throughout, Air con worked. The bed was very comfortable - $90 well spent I give it an average score because that was my experience. Would I stay... More

We stayed here just one night as a mid-way stop on our way to CA from TX. Got a pretty good deal through Hotwire. When we arrived that evening, everything went smoothly checking in etc. Coming from living in El Paso, we especially appreciate the lovely grounds there and GRASS, real grass hahaha! Anyways, but the problems started not long... More
