I satyed here for 4 nights and found it to be a pleasant, solid hotel. The pool was nice, as well as having a restaurant on site for free breakfast. There was a modest fitness center, which I didn't use, but looked good. The free Wifi is always a bonus.

Here's what I like - a old timey hotel that has been updated with the things that matter (aside: I HATE those old bedspreads, always remove it and replace with a fresh king flat sheet). This hotel has character but has had bathrooms/bedding updated. Staff was SUPER helpful and I would stay here again. The park next door is a... More

This was a breath of fresh air in my 30 day trip. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The waiters were the sweetest and helped us with all sorts of information...and a very fair price. I never really heard any trains. We ate at the restaurant for the free breakfast which was delicious and then had... More

I was very happy the moment we drove into the parking area. Nicely kept with a lovely fountain. Casual, yet sophisticated motor lodge. After a 17 day trip across the Southwest… This was my Favorite Hotel and we stayed at 17 different places in 5 different states! Enjoyed live music at the lounge and a quality dinner and breakfast at... More

One thing really sets this place apart. At most of the budget hotels like Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, etc, etc,, a room comes with "breakfast" that, depending on the hotel, is either inedible or only modestly edible. Pastries in plastic, OJ that tastes like Tang, brown hot water called "coffee", and so on. You know what I'm... More

Visiting Tucson for the first time we were lucky to find such a gem. Good location for exploring with very friendly staff. Attached restaurant provided a reasonable menu but be careful of the craft beers - they can be up to 7% alc!

Nice hotel, nice pool, nice location. The restaurant is quite nice - much better than you would expect - interesting menu with options for gluten free and careful eating. Very nice staff at hotel, restaurant, and the bar. I wish the room refrigerators had a freezer compartments, and that the rooms had a regular small coffee maker - not the... More

We had a great experience while here for U of A graduation. The large jacuzzi suite was very clean and included both a living room for visiting with family and a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. The front desk staff really stepped up to help accommodate our inadvertent early arrival. The complimentary breakfast with 10 or 12... More

My students and I love this place. It has everything we need during our stay and the restaurant is absolutely wonderful. It has a really welcoming feeling and is like home away from home for us. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented and the grounds are beautiful.

This is a 2-story hotel without elevators. :-( However, the room was very large and spacious and the "porch" area has a large over-hanging roof to block the Arizona sun. Add the palm trees right off the porch and you have a very pleasant place to relax. The pool and hot-tub area are easily accessible and inviting. The included breakfast... More
