Susan and Glenn, the Innkeepers at the B&B were terrific! The days started with great breakfasts and continued with interesting conversations around the table. The B&B provided a comfortable atmosphere to relax and enjoy the areas nearby, including the downtown and excellent nearby restaurants. Nearby parking was convenient and easily accessible. Both Glenn and Susan were very familiar with the... More

Adriene and John, We had such a great time with you both. Nothing satisfies us more than guests hanging out at The Liz. The fireplace is blazing and the common area atmosphere is perfect to sit back and relax. We do have a wonderful downtown area with lots to do and you all also took advantage of the opportunities, We... More

Visiting Tucson for the first time and could not have stayed at a better accommodation. B&B keepers are fantastic hosts/guides to the city and provide a personal experience that includes everything from walking tours of downtown to quick day trips around the city. The rooms are extremely well kept and exhibit a little history to this old city. Breakfast were... More

First off, I have been in the hospitality business for over 25 years. With that said, I am detail oriented, and somewhat picky. BUT, I also know "over the top, one of a kind hospitality"! Glenn and Susan(our hosts) were incredible. The house and it's history are amazing by itself, but the hosts make the difference between a good B&B... More

David and Lorene, First off, what a honor it was to have you propose while staying at The Liz. Also congratulations to Lorene for winning an award from her peers. But, what humbles us the most is knowing you have been in the hospitality profession, especially Food and Beverage, for a quarter of a century, and you are gracious with... More

I visited the Royal Elizabeth with 2 girlfriends in February.. It was amazing. The historic home is beautiful and the location is superb. You can walk to amazing restaurants in nearby downtown Tucson. The owners Glenn and Susan were such accommodating and joyful people. They gave lots and ideas of what we could do, explore, and eat without being remotely... More

This was my second visit to the Royal Elizabeth B & B, and once again, I enjoyed every minute. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe staying here. The Patrick Ryan Suite was very comfortable and certainly met my expectations. Innkeepers Susan and Glenn are A+ hosts, and the amazing gourmet breakfasts and fine coffee were a great... More

We landed at the Royal Elizabeth on Christmas day after traveling for almost 5 weeks on the road. They made our Christmas. The house was warm and beautifully decorated and felt just like coming home. Thanks to Glenn and Susan, we left 3 days later with warm hearts and fully tummies. We loved our stay and would go back in... More

This 1878 house retains its charm and its architecture and although some of the period furniture and decoration is not to our taste, overall the rooms are lovely. But the best thing about the experience are the innkeepers, Glenn and Susan. They are truly welcoming and responsive to your every need/want. Also, Susan's breakfast is star worthy.

What a perfect treat in every way!! Everyone needs to RUN to Tucson just to stay in the Royal Elizabeth. A friend for over 20 years told us about it and we couldn't we happier. Our room was spacious and perfectly appointed (even Frontgate towels, which are amazing) and the remote control fireplace was an unexpected bonus (complete with cannon... More

We were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost and enjoyed the sitting area in our room. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty. We were able to get advice about places to visit, places to dine and encouragement to use the B&B's pool and hot tub. It was a memorable visit.
