Four women friends shared the casita and enjoyed the full kitchen and hot tub. We bought groceries once at Whole Foods and then enjoyed spending our evenings on the back porch with wine and easy dinners. We tend to end our evenings in the immaculate hot tub to rest our sore muscles after our very active days spent hiking in... More

Wonderful stay! Our bedroom with sunken parlor was decorated with charm and desert ambiance. The breakfasts were very tasty as well as beautifully presented. The scones were my favorite. Rosemary and David were helpful in sightseeing suggestions and wonderful hosts. This is one of my all time favorite places I have ever stayed. A gem in the desert!

The Hacienda was beautiful and the grounds were great. We had a wonderful relaxing two days in close proximity to the Saguaro National Park (East). The breakfasts were served at 8:00 AM and were wonderfully prepared with local fruits.

This an amazing B&B. South west decor throughout is tastefully done. Rooms are spacious and comfortable each with covered sitting area outside. The breakfasts were a highlight and a tasty, delightful start to the day. Our hosts catered to our needs and made recommendations for sight seeing and lunches and dinners. Plenty of bird life and the javelinas seemed to... More

This is a very pleasant place to stay. The property really is a small hacienda. The grounds are beautiful and more extensive than your would expect. The homes in the area are very spread apart and you are right across the road from the Saguaro National Park. So, it has an open feel with a lot of nature around you... More

The Hosts are lovely people that make the guests feel very comfortable. They are very well informed about Tucson and very helpful. Clean and attractive rooms. Breakfast much more than a continental breakfast. The scones are to die for!!

Beautiful oasis in the desert! Run by a lovely couple who made our stay a real pleasure. If you like peace and quiet mixed in with some interesting wildlife and surroundings then this is the place for you. Breakfast was great and they catered for our requirements perfectly. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Hacienda del Desierto is everything one hopes to find in a bed and breakfast: incredible comfort, privacy, beauty, and gracious hosts who anticipate the every need of their guests. Our multi-generation family of grandparents, parents, and young children --- eight in all --- spent a lovely three day/two night weekend at the Hacienda, and each of us loved the desert... More

What an amazing place! This wonderland of desert character and style, with a Mexican flavor is on the east side of Tucson at the base of the foothills. It is a delight to sit in the spa in the evening and see the city lights and twinkling night sky. This oasis is pure delight for the eye. A lush courtyard... More
