Paul and Mark are so gracious; the very best of hosts. We stayed last fall - the weekend of the AZ v. UofO football game. It rained buckets and buckets. The streets became rivers. But this did not matter as we enjoyed our stay in cozy rooms and the most delicious breakfast - with special gluten-free dishes for me! I'll... More

Thanks for your nice review! The "big game" weekends are always fun. Next time you come to town you can take the new streetcar over to campus. There is a stop at University Ave in front of Time Market. It also goes down Fourth Ave to downtown and all the new restaurants. Sorry about the downpour but we needed that... More

Thank you!! Paul and Mark for making our stay at the Catalina Park Inn a highlight experience on our 46th anniversary 04-13-14. We stayed overnight in the Oak Room on the 2nd floor. Large room with plenty of storage and many windows to see the beautiful garden below. Lovely 4 poster bed very comfortable with luxurious bedding. Beautiful interior design... More

We had sworn off staying at B&Bs after several marginal experiences, because they were too quirky and unprofessional, but last summer we had no choice in a small town in Canada. The hosts there were so great that we started to consider B&Bs for accommodations again. We were so glad that we picked the Catalina Park for our stay in... More

Paul and Mark were great hosts. The front and side yard are pleasantly xeriscaped. Inside decor is Victorianesque -- tasteful, but not my preference. Breakfast -- french toast, bacon, and fresh fruit -- was delicious. Our room was on the 2nd floor (east side) and included a roofed balcony with views of Catalina Park. A very nice, one-night stay on... More

I travel frequently to Tucson, and always feel like I'm coming home when I arrive at Catalina Park Inn. Beyond the beautiful art that fills the inn, the exquisite bedding and perfectly appointed rooms, the lovely desert gardens and birds visiting fountains and feeders, and the delicious home-made breakfasts, the hospitality shown by Paul and Mark makes staying at the... Paul and Mark have truly created a desert oasis. Welcoming, accommodating and beautifully luxurious, yet affordable, accommodations. They met my food needs without hesitation as well as my fluctuation schedule of late arrivals and early breakfast needs. Thanks Paul and Mark for your being my home away from home in Tucson! PS I loved being able to get my "dog... More

I stayed at Catalina Park for a conference at the University; Catalina Park Inn is within walking distance to the UofAZ, restaurants, and cafes. Mark and Paul are gracious hosts! The check-in process very easy, communication with Mark & Paul before my arrival - wonderful and very accommodating as I needed my presentation supplies delivered to the Inn. The overall... More

We stayed at Catalina Oark Inn and found everything above what our expectations were. From the setting, the grounds, our room accommodations and the cordial and personable Inn owners, it was all so very positive. We were within walking distance to downtown for eating, shopping or people viewing. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the grounds. When we visit... More

My wife booked this B&B for our recent wedding anniversary. The owners are really nice guys and welcomed us very cordially. The room was beautifully decorated as was the rest of the home. The breakfasts were simply delicious. Staying at the Catalina Park was the highlight of our trip. If we return to Tucson, we will stay here again.

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Catalina Park Inn. It is the best B&B experience we've had, and we've stayed at some great places! The place is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We had room 3 with a lovely balcony on the second floor. We enjoyed the cool desert breeze from the balcony in the evening... More
