I return to this B&B every year and always have a good experience. Centrally located, it is convenient to museums and cultural attractions of the University and downtown, as well as many restaurants. The historic house is well taken care of and hosts Paul and Mark are always helpful with suggestions about restaurants or things to do.

2nd time there and I loved it even more and had more time! Make time to sit and enjoy the patios and cactus gardens! Warm and kind and were great with dietary restrictions. Breakfast was absolutely great!!! My family and I will return.

My husband and I had a very nice stay (2 nights) at the Catalina park Inn this past week. The room ( cottage room ) was very nice and quaint, but a bit small. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The B & B is in a good location, within walking distance (0.5 to 1 mile) from a... More

Stayed here for U of A Homecoming weekend. Mark & Paul were great hosts. Their breakfast was tasty and grounds were inviting. The beds were amazing and were very roomy and clean. We will be staying there again!

I don't usually write reviews,... but we were ever so pleased with our stay, the proprietors Mark & Paul, the accommodations and the place itself were wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast, the gardens and the location adjacent to the downtown area.

We recently stayed here for homecoming at U of A, and it was perfect! Wonderful location to University and 4th ave. The owners, Mark and Paul were welcoming and breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be returning again soon!

We were looking for a place to stay overnight to attend a concert at the Rialto Theater. This vintage home (1927) was just right. Lovingly maintained, nicely decorated. Friendly, personable hosts. Excellent full breakfast. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Hosts are wonderfully helpful with orientation to Tucson, restaurant recommendations, etc. Quiet location by a park with walking distance to downtown restaurants. Beautiful, peaceful little cactus garden. They obviously have many devoted repeat clients. Terrific breakfast, accommodating gluten-free easily. I would look forward to staying here again.

Thank you for your nice comments! I am glad you enjoyed our desert gardens. They have been many years in the making. Of course, like many gardeners, I am always tinkering with them.... More

This was our second stay at the Catalina Park Inn, and we looked forward to it. The very comfortable and well appointed rooms, the beautiful artwork (inside) and the desert garden setting outside, and the delicious and creative home cooked breakfasts and snacks are really wonderful. But Paul and Marks' hospitality truly make the stay extraordinary. They're informative, chatty and... More

I stayed at the Catalina Park Inn October 12-14, 2014 in the Cottage Room. The Catalina Park Inn exceeded my expectations. What I liked: It's a 15 minute walk to the University along well-lighted streets - I felt very comfortable walking back alone after dark. After a hectic day, it was wonderful to relax on the patio outside my room... More

Thanks for your review. We are happy we exceeded your expectations. Better the underplay than overplay, we think. Although the Cottage Room is small, it does have a lot going on outside the room: seating area, desert garden, fountains. It is a little escape. Glad you enjoyed it. More
