My review is about casino. It is really dark and cigarette smell everywhere inside the casino. A lot of slot machines are so old and dirty that I was afraid of touching them. Even a lot of people visiting here smoke and look so bad and desperate and unhealthy. Beverage servers are really hard to find. The food at buffet... More

Weekend getaway for my husband and I. Rooms are nice and clean. Black wash clothes for makeup removal is an excellent idea! Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool area that you can take drinks to. Wish the lobby bar would have been open though. Enjoyed sitting on the nice clean balcony in the mornings. Steakhouse in the casino is very good.... More

We don't gamble but we were looking for a night of affordable luxury after spending three nights on a relative's sleeper sofa. We were very pleased with the Desert Diamond. Off the charts friendliness and helpfulness from the staff.

Great hotel rooms...modern...super comfortable beds...great shower...wonderful staff. I have never stayed in a hotel where the entire staff goes out of their way to greet you, and see if anything can be done to improve your stay. We stay here every year we come to Tucson for the International Jewelry Show. Even the gift store, which is usually overlooked in... More

Had plans to stay at this hotel after visiting here last year. It is a fairly new hotel casino and all the furnishings are modern. Rooms can be had for about $99 if you shop around. At check-in we found they offered 12 free night stays per year for those who have served! You just need to show some type... More

I stay at Desert Diamonds Hotel a couple of times a year when my wife and I want to be able to enjoy the casino and NOT drive home after having a couple libations. The casino is fine, however it isn't much different than other Indian casinos. The hotel, however, is very nice with large, modern, and clean rooms. The... More

I would like to thank you for our short stay on our birthday weekend celebration. The room was nice. The balcony and Bath and Body works soap was a nice touch. Also, the continental breakfast was really good. The only thing I would say was that the noise in the hallway makes it hard to sleep at night.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and went to dinner at the steak house. We shared a $70 dollar steak and order it medium, when it arrived after a half hour, it was well done. After waiting another 20 minutes they returned with a better cooked steak. The steak was fine, but I awoke at 4 am with... More

I stayed two nights at this hotel on a business trip because it was close to the work place. The hotel is secondary to the casino, so might have more appeal to someone interested in the casino. The guest room was large; the bed and linens were average. The hotel has created a nice appearance but using lesser grade materials.... More

The establishment looked great in the online photos, but I was somewhat disappointed when I saw it in person. My room was a bit worn- holes in the wall here and there- and the finishes seemed a bit cheap. I've stayed at the casino del sol too and del sol just seemed nicer all around. I was surprised that there... More

Thank you for taking the time to do a review on our hotel. I would like to apologize for the experience concerning the freezer packs and finding a freezer for them.
