Once a month, Desert Diamond gives Veterans a free nights stay with what they call a "Tribute Card". We were very impressed with this gesture and took them up on it. We received a fabulous king superior room with a balcony. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back again.

Great place as a stop over, just to regain some energy, the hotel is modern, and staff are really friendly, the pool area and our room was great we booked a king bed room, and it was so spacious the bed was fantastic, the only down side is that you are not allowed to take alcohol back to your room,... Stayed a casino on 10/17/2015 so we could we go to the beer festival 6 miles away. Room was clean, however for first time we noticed that the carpet was a bit "used", but clean. Only issue we had this time was more of a courtesy thing. This hote sponsored this beer fest and would not provide shuttle rides to... More

Only stayed for one night, but the place is tucked away and was very nice and the restaurant had awesome food. There is a golf course and we plan to go back and stay longer to play their beautiful course.

This casino, when compared to other Native American owned/run casinos is the worst I've see so far. Customer service was horrible. The attendant that I had to call when the outdated machine decided to malfunction seemed like she would rather be getting a root canal.....most other employees seemed just as enthusiastic to be there. The machines were not of good... More

The rooms very spacious and clean. Loved the real wood shutters and windows. Tvs wall mounted were perfect size! However being next to an adjoining room makes it seem you are in the same room with the noise level. The casino..too smokey for me and the Buffett left a lot to be desired. The booth cushion needed replaced as I... More

Spent two nights at the Desert Diamond Hotel. The staff were very friendly. Every one that I interacted with was extremely pleasant. So two thumbs up for that. The rooms were decent- large enough and clean. Not overly opulent by of course, this ain't Vegas. Hotel location is ten minutes or less from the airport so not particularly convenient to... More

I stayed for business. The front desk moved a bit slowly, but they made up for that in friendliness and helpfulness. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and efficient. When we had issues in the meeting room, they did their best to make everything right. The sleeping room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The one complaint I have in the sleeping... More

This was our second time to stay here. The front desk personnel were very nice. The pool was pretty. It is a bit small but lucky for us it wasn't crowded. My husband loved the hot tub. The bedroom is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom is huge. Our dog was allowed with a $500 deposit with we were credited... More
