This hotel was hyped as the place to stay; so we met there around Christmas with some family. It was a disappointment for many reasons. Firstly, we were in different towers. The rooms were average and it sounded like fighter jets were going to break through the walls in the morning as the hotel apparently hasn't splurged on sound proof... More

So I love about am hour away and this has always been my vacation close to home spot. I have not been here in about a year because I was finishing my Master's and life did not allow. My youngest daughter turned 21 and wanted to spend get birthday here. I have always had my room paid for by the... More

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel since it opened years ago. We now visit at least once a month, and usually stay for 2 nights. We are non-smokers, so we appreciate the fact that the hotel is smoke-free. The free breakfast off the hotel lobby has been discontinued. We didn't really care to eat there, as there... More

We play at the casino a couple of times per month and decided to stay overnight at the hotel. Glad that we did. The hotel is is very clean and is not real old. The staffing was very nice and polite, not only at the hotel but also in the casino. Free soda and coffee for the bingo players. We... More

We recently stayed for one night at the Hotel. The rooms and the hotel are as usual very nice. Very clean and well decorated. We get the deluxe king bedroom which has a veranda. Great place to drink champagne. BUT, while inside the hotel is no smoking, guests are allowed to smoke on their balconies. So, the people staying below... More

We loved the idea of having a resort available to us with a casino and restaurants. While the room and hotel were great (including the staff), the onsite eating places were really bad - especially the "free" breakfast included with the room. The casino was a nice size but there were no "non-smoking" areas and the ventilation was terrible, if... More

Stayed at the Desert Diamond Casino Hotel for 1 nite. The hotel is very nice, along with the hotel staff was excellent from check out to check in. Nice continental breakfast in a room off the lobby and they also have a coffee bar near the lobby. Easy access to the casino from the hotel. Had a room with a... More

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are quite nice, the casino is pretty typical. The buffet is some of the worst food I've had, we threw most of it away. Stay away from the buffet!

My family and I spent 2 nights here. We loved it. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was nice for the kids. While they swam the adults did some gambling. Came out a little ahead. The buffet was sufficient enough. The waitresses were attentive and friendly. The front desk was very helpful, answering our questions. While in... More
