My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton for 5 days in July. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Our room had a bedroom, bathroom and living area and it was clean and contained a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The pool was nice and you got a wonderful view of the mountains.... More

The front desk staff was less than interested in providing the quality service that Embassy Suites typically offers. She was not in a good mood and seemed to take it out on the guests who were checking in. That being said, the hotel itself was very nice, the suite was clean and the breakfast was great.

Dear Cory F: We are sorry we were not able to provide you with the quality of services you deserve. This is not typical of our hotel and staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. The check-in experience, and the lack of customer service you experienced in the lobby during your check in was... More

Kudos to the people who staff this fine hotel! Our stay was perfect. Reception was manned by a gentleman who enjoys his job and shows it. Breakfast was the same way. Will stay here in the future whenever we are in Tucson!

I stayed here on the return home from a long vacation for one night. It's a pretty little hotel rather oddly laid out. I was on The first floor so I had no view but since it was a one nighter that was fine. The room is the typical one room bedroom, one room sitting room with a sleeper couch.... More

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in July 2015 as part of our 25-night road trip through California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Having done our research on tripadvisor and elsewhere, we had booked via the Hilton website six months in advance and paid a rate per night of $166.40 including taxes. Originally we were given room 311... More

Lovely location in the Foothills. Very nice two room hotel suite. Clean, large room, quiet. A bit difficult to find the way to the back entrance. Outdoor pool. Courteous staff, nice lobby, room as requested with two beds (travelling with child).

Small rooms, poor A/C, noise between rooms. Then as I checked out I saw they had charged me $4 for a bottle of water that was never left in our room. The front desk clerk told me this was one of those dirty little tricks many hotels use to squeeze out more profit. Since this is part of the Hilton... More

Had an excellent time. We just stayed there for a night just for fun. The evening social event was fun. The pool was great. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms are very nice. The internet worked perfectly.

Great location with great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are on the small side for an Embassy suite but if you don't mind shutting doors to get to another door it works. The breakfast was excellent. Air condition worked wonderfully which was nice as it was incredibly hot outside.
