Good quality; advertised as possessing city view, but city view blocked by adjacent buildings. Nice complimentary breakfast, good internet, good pool and fitness room. Service is excellent. The rooms block external sound very well.

This was a great place to stay very clean and very nice. The staff was outstanding and was very pleasing and helpful. I would tell anyone to stay here at any time and if I'am ever in Tucson again I will be back. Mostly was just because the staff was the best I have ever dealt with and it was... More

I stay at this hotel once a year as Tucson is my employer's headquarters. This is a great location in northwest Tucson across from La Encantada mall and the really nice views of the Santa Catalina foothills. Hotel rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast choices are good and they have a good managers' happy hour. There is no restaurant... More

I was in room 310 and it had a balcony overlooking the pool and mountains. It was so beautiful! The only drawback was parking. The parking lot is small and it seems everyone is there at 5PM for the managers special. I had breakfast on the balcony and couldn't believe the view! The service was great and the hotel is... More

This hotel is gorgeous !! Updated and first class all the way. The views are stunning of Mt Lemmon. This is however the first ES that Ive ever traveled to that did NOT have a bar or restaurant . Although very beautiful, it was disappointing to have to go off the hotel to get dinner. However, in leu of this... More

My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites Tucson Paloma Village location on June 27, 2014. Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff were all exceptionally friendly and quite helpful, The hotel is modern and clean, and the view of the mountains from the balcony outside of the manager's reception and breakfast area is absolutely incredible!!! We spent... More

First rate - service and hotel. I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Did not have a chance to use the pool or spa but they looked good.

Stayed there for quite a while. Very nice updated hotel, great prices, amazing breakfast. Everything is either new or very fresh. Great service from everybody - starting from the front desk to the last housekeeper. Great housekeeper Elda - discreet and very nice. My business trip involved leaving for work in the middle of the night on week days, so... More

We like Embassy Suites hotels, but sometimes they are second-generation rehab hotels, and sometimes they are "tired" and in need of rehab. This is not the case with this hotel; it was first class Embassy all the way. The hotel is located near the Tucson foothills and Finger Rock. We had a mountain view room which was very nice. They... I so appreciate you taking the time to write the wonderful review and recommendation for our Embassy Suites hotel. We are definitely not a traditional Embassy, and all of the associates take pride in making sure our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay with us. I will make sure the shower floor is taken care of by the maintenance... More

The scenery of gorgeous mountains added to the nice pleasant staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast made to order was especially good and well tended to by the chef. The hotel felt safe and secure. I would recommend this location to anyone with families.
