This property is rather small compared to other Embassy Suites and that was a positive point regarding my stay. There are several nice dining establishments close by. The rooms are rather small. I was a solo traveler on business and it was perfect for me. The breakfast and happy hour were very nice. The happy hour was nicer than most... More

Excellent hotel. Suite is fine BUT buffet breakfasts are outstanding and the evening managers get together is a good way to unwind and relax. Did not use the pool or fitness center this trip. Also loved the location. La Cantana mall across the street and Starbucks an easy walk.

We were in Tucson for a wedding which can be a very stressful time. Embassy Suites Paloma Village was centrally located to all of the events that weekend. From the time I checked in (they accommodated an early check-in for me) to the time I checked out 5 days later the service of the entire staff was exemplary. It was... More

We did a lot of research for our Spring Break trip to AZ. We spent 3 days in Tucson and chose the Embassy Suites based on excellent tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Excellent overall! Breakfast was wonderful and the daily cocktail reception was great! We loved hanging by the pool each day when we returned from hiking or exploring... More

We have been staying at this hotel every year for the last 5 years and absolutely love it! The service is impeccable! Clean, quiet and relaxing. The area is beautiful and we will continue to chose this place anytime we are in Tucson. The breakfast never disappoints! We like to think of this place as our home away from home!

The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall with a variety of restaurant choices; it is well maintained and the staff members are friendly and efficient. The evening reception includes wine, beer and cocktails with a variety of snacks that made a full meal for our group. Combine that with a full, hot breakfast and the price of... More

I am a Hilton Gold Member and have stayed at a variety of Hilton properties. I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights in April 2015. The room was small and yet I was charged extra for a "mountain view." Being on the first floor, the only view I had was of the wall of the street. The room was... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I sincerely apologize that you did not find our breakfast or your room and view up to the Hilton standards you have come to expect as a Gold HHonors member. Furthermore, I’m embarrassed at the customer service you experienced in the restaurant. Our fruit and coffee is out 24 hours... More

We spent two nights here after having had previously good experiences at other ES properties. Was told we had a good room which ended up dark, stuffy and with one bath towel for the two of us. The reception at 5:30 had one bartender for a long line of people wanting drinks ---trying to limit consumption??? Overall very average and... More

This hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast and happy hour (5:30-7:30) are complimentary. Kox restaurant is an easy walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great and the staff every friendly. The breakfast food was outstanding. The area and views from the hotel was fabulous. Pool area was clean and had great chairs to lounge on. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again when visiting Tucson.
