Great morning brunch. Free wi fi in the dining area and the lobby. If you are in a group this becomes a great place for everyone to gather and plan the day. Rooms are clean and well proportioned. Unfortunately my room was near a back exit door. Starting at 3:00 AM there was a steady flow of people exiting with... More

We spent 2 relaxing nights at this hotel as part of our holiday in Arizona. The hotel is fairly new, nice gym, nice outside pool area, very quiet (we were at the back on the top floor), great Manager's Reception especially enjoyed the cheese & cracker tray and the fruit and veggie tray. The breakfast choices were above and beyond... More

What can be said: a virtually perfect hotel, in a perfect location, in my favorite place in the United States. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are in perfect condition. My only complaint was the room I had was adjacent to an entrance. (The check in person tried and tried to change our room, but because they were virtually sold out, none... More

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip. This is our third year staying there. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and they go out of their way to make sure to meet all of your needs. The manager, Eddie, is always smiling and ready to help with anything. They offer a complimentary breakfast and a manager's reception... More

Was a beautiful hotel & staff was exceptional, All staff met you with a smile and hello. At check in, we met Brian, very helpful & made a great first impression for himself as well as the hotel. We stayed at this Hotel over Christmas . The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. One niggle is the lack of internet in the rooms . The main problem for me is the design of the rooms as the aircon units seem to resonate and the bathroom fan is on constantly creating quite a high noise... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our hotel on Tripadvisor. I was happy to read that you enjoyed the breakfast and found our staff to be friendly and efficient. I would like to apologize for the noise level in the rooms and for the wired only internet in our suites. We are currently working on... More

Nothing negative to say. Lovely hotel, nice upscale location, AWESOME breakfasts and managers reception. Helpful staff and nice rooms. Only negative would be the pillows...all down filled and I hate down but other than that it is a perfect place for a family exploring the Tuscon area. Rates were also cheap bc it was over the holidays but I have... More

First time staying at an Embassy Suites, normally stay at one of the other Hilton brands. Pleasantly surprised on the Value, got our room for $118, maybe price was better during the holiday versus prime season. Great value when you think about the free night managers reception (free drinks) and full hot breakfast, including omelette station. Very nice rooms and... More

I spent 7 nights with my daughter and her grandpa around Halloween 2011. Pros: cooked to order omelets, two types of homemade salsas (awesome!), free drinks during happy hour/good bartender, Starbucks in the same strip-mall, very cool jack-o-lantern in lobbey, upscale shopping mall across street (with upscale restaurants) and a backdrop of picturesque Catalina Mountains. Cons: 1st, Pool (throughout the... More

Thank you very much for posting your comments on Tripadvisor. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed our breakfast, Managers Reception and location. I do apologize about the pool being over chlorinated and the condition of the corridors during your stay. I have addressed those issues and we will work hard to ensure they do not happen in the... This is a wonderful hotel, much more of a resort feel than a typical Embassy Suites. Only down side (or upside depending on your trip goals) is that it is not located near the freeway or by the sites. So, you have to drive quite a bit to get to it. It was fine for us since we weren't going... More
