I've stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had to leave a bad review. But, this hotel lacks cleanliness. The carpet in the room entryway was black. The sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled, made me think they had not been changed. Didn't smell bad, but didn't smell fresh. Out of 4 towels I found one I wanted to... More

OMG There is a disconnect between the corporate advertising and the actual experience. Why was there an siren sounding alarm in my room, with flashing strobe light that went off twice during my stay? Why does the poster in the elevator show a man cooking with a frying pan and there was not one in my room? Why was there... More

I hate this place. No place to sit other than a wooden chair, no lights on the desk. The room was not clean and it was never cleaned while I was there. I will never stay at a extended stay again. No pride of anything here. Very obvious that all the employees could care less about anything.

This hotel is filthy - and I'm not picky. I've stayed in $3 youth hostels in South-East Asia that took more pride in their property than this place. I came to Tucson for a funeral (inherently last minute), so I booked this place without reading all the reviews. If I had known how bad the hotel was, I would have... More

last time I stayed at this hotel about 5 months ago. Management was kind and courteous and the room and outside were in great shape. I was disappointed this time. place was run down and dirty. Even the employees looked dishevelled and rude. I spoke with Wendy I believe and she confirmed that there is new management and previous manager... More

I specifically requested a NON SMOKING ROOM because I'd rather not DIE FROM TOBACCO SMOKE. As a physician, I value my lungs and whatnot. I even booked this room MONTHS IN ADVANCE ... but I guess I was punished by the fact that I arrived at around 11pm. Apparently the place was completely full, and they ignored people who had... More

Staff was not exactly friendly or prompt but it is a budget hotel. Seemed like I was dodging smoke or smokers constantly including staff. Room was clean though tired. Maintenance work had been done sloppily (paint on curtains) and the bottom of my front door was quite mangled, and allowed noise and smoke to come in....pillow fixed that. Nice to... More

We were put in a disgusting smoking room for multiple nights. The nice manager finally fixed this after two nights and gave us a much nicer room, but the damage was done. Even the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire hotel ran out of shampoo, the only toiletry they provide other than soap. And I admit to being unclear... More

Extended Stay hotels, in my experience, are budget-conscious properties. Not going to be blown away by anything. But this hotel, like others in the chain I've visited, was a good deal for the money. Adequate services and facilities, but not great. PS: don't bank on the free breakfast.
