Such a fun experience to stay in a Bed and Breakfast! So different than your typical hotel. Just blocks away from downtown U of A so location is perfect. Owner is wonderful and so interesting. Stayed in the Morning" room off the porch - just charming. Breakfast was delicious! I will be back!!

Spent a week here on vacation and was very happy with the choice. Comfortable room (stayed in the Hemingway), convenient location, delicious breakfasts, helpful host. Pretty much everything I expected after reading other reviews. Would definitely stay here again.

I travel to Tucson almost every year to visit my sister, and the last 4-5 trips I have stayed at the Big Blue House. For my money, it's the best place to stay in this part of town. The price is somewhere in the middle of the University Inn and the Best Western, but it's a better experience (definitely more... More

My husband and I stayed in the "Hemingway" room this past weekend at a very busy time. The accommodations were perfect, clean and the food was great! They were up early to make sure we "riders" had coffee and were very pleasant to provide it. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This weekend my girlfriend and I took an impromptu trip to Tucson. We didn't know where we were going, or what we wanted to do, but we knew we wanted to get away. My girlfriend was surfing the web as we drove when she came upon this place, The Big Blue House! This house was a cute Victorian styled house... More

We reserved the Deco suite for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay! The room was tastefully decorated and very private with amazing air conditioning which was a welcome reprieve in the warmer weather. The breakfasts were above expectation and Lea even managed to meet my vegan needs. Very thoughtful! The house is well cared and in a perfect location... More

Very Cute and homey. Love staying here. Definitely a great place for a honeymoon or weekend getaway. Pretty property and excellent room set ups. Very much like the privacy of the morning room with separate enterance.

A friend and myself traveled from Australia to stay in this Inn for one week. I had a good nights sleep every night and enjoyed the breakfasts. The owner was friendly and I can't think of any complaints. Would recommend this place to others.

My wife and I stopped over for one night and loved every minute of it. The owner was a lovely lady that made us very welcome. Our room was very cosy, had a unique charm about it, and was really nicely decorated....nothing like I had stayed in before. The house was only a couple of blocks away from the restaurant/bar...
