We visited over Thanksgiving week and had a great stay. The room was comfortable, beds were just the right level of softness. Elevators were prompt, staff was all pleasant. Free laundry. This is a hotel that cleans rooms weekly, so not for you if you want someone to come in and make your bed daily. Towels were returned to the... More

I stayed here for a long weekend, mixed business and leisure. The room was no frills, exactly what you need. Full kitchen set up, with a grocery store across the street. Very large desk/counter to spread out your items. Plenty of charging outlets, and great wifi. I had the king suite, which is all one room. The bathroom was good,... More

What more could you want when on a road trip? Great space to relax. Not the easiest to find since road sign is undersized. Friendly and easy check-in. Convenient having a full sized refrigerator and kitchen amenities.

This could have been a 5-star review if it weren't for a couple of minor things that, individually, would not have lowered the rating, but when added together lowered my score to a 4. Overall, a very good experience and I have no hesitation staying here again. Everything was clean and neat. The desk was large in the room and... More

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting a friend in Tucson. He'd recommended it as he saw the hotel recently spring up out of an empty lot. Consequently, everything was brand new. We might have been the first people to stay in our room. Everything was clean, functional, and a decent value. And as with most things in Tucson,... More

This was my first stay at the new Candlewood in Tucson, and it just became my favorite Tucson hotel. Front desk staff were all very nice, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and well lit (a MUST for this business traveler.) I like the full size refrigerator in the rooms, the work out facilities, and the free laundry facilities. I... More

Employees are delightful, hotel is spotless. The problem is the elevator chime. Ding-dong, ding-dong, all day and all of the night. And if you're on the top floor like I was, you'll hear it constantly. This is an easy thing to disengage, yet it remains. I'm not talking about the internal chime for blind folks, I'm talking about the one... More
