It is a rare find when you find incredible hospitality from a front desk staff on a consistent basis. In checking other reviews here I realize that I was not the only one to have noticed the front desk was not just friendly, but outgoing in their attention to detail and desire to serve. Upon initial arrival I noted a... More

Dear Top Front Desk Staff, Thank you for your excellent review on Trip Advisor. I think it is great you shared a tip about the ice maker and needing ice for the road. I have worked and stayed in many different branded hotels over the years. I personally think the Residence Inn is the best place when traveling with kids... More

The hotel was clean and friendly. Bed was great and room furnishings were updated. The only negative in the room was the kitchen cabinets were worn. Free breakfast was nothing special, just the regular food you would find at most free continental breakfast. Overall good stay..

Our family and dog stayed here for six nights over the holidays. I suspect that management is carefully selecting and training the people at the front desk - remarkably friendly, helpful, and efficient! The breakfasts were good. We even attended a few of the weekday dinners. However, there are lots of nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. In the winter... More

We left the Marriott U of A because it was filthy and outdated and drove until we found this hotel. Cari at the front desk was so amazing! She was happy and helpful and found us a room! The hotel is modern and clean!!! The staff in the kitchen serving were so personable and genuinely kind! It was a breath... More

The staff here were exceptionally nice, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I work when travelling and the desk setup was great with 3 empty outlets, plenty of light and a comfortable chair. The kitchenette is more than I need, but I'll take it. The bed is comfortable and I have been walking to all... More

Needed to be close by to a synagogue for a religious event there the next morning over our sabbath. We had a couple of rooms for our families. The staff was extremely accommodating for all our needs and never made us feel as if we were putting them out by all of the extensive requests we made of them. Rooms... More

I was only here for one night but enjoyed the stay. Location was great: it was 15-20 minutes away from the Pima Air and Space Museum. There was a Target store 3 blocks away (walkable) and various restaurants nearby. The front desk (Kristine) was very helpful in providing local information and answering questions. There was a burger/hot dog social the... More

We spent the first 3 days of our vacation here in the Tucson area. The Residence Inn was everything you could ask for in a business/ family hotel. The room was well appointed and spacious and clean. Every hotel will have hiccups along the way it's how they handle those hiccups that make all the difference in the world. While... More

This place seems a little worn and is a little expensive for where it is, but generally it would be acceptable, except....for their stupid basketball court, which they placed right outside many of their rooms, making them very, very noisy for as long as someone wants to bang the ball around a few feet away from you. I've been here... More

Dear Go Somewhere Else, Thank you very much for your review on Trip Advisor. You did a great job in summarizing your experience for us. This is very helpful for the team to read as we can see the hotel through another persons perspective. I do apologize for the basketball noise. I would have been frustrated as well. I will... More
