Security is very poor since it's been switched to koa.not kid friendly so don't even think about bringing them And for the price the camp is poorly organized. andLaundry room is always out of quarters, Bathrooms are gross and dirty.I swear my daughter got ringworm from those bathrooms.just don't even waste your time or money..it's gone way down.

I have stayed here in the past and do not see many differences since this became a KOA a little over a month ago. The two items I have noticed is that you need to enter on a different street and the 24 hour security is no longer there. The new entrance is no problem and the lack of security... More

Lazy Daze RV Resort was sold to KOA and is not a corporate-run KOA campground masquerading as an RV resort. Although not in the best part of town, until yesterday there were 24-hour security guards patrolling the resort and manning the entrances and exits. Today the gates were wide open with no security in sight. They have also permanently (so... More

This park was recently acquired by KOA. It provided no bad surprises. It's not located in the greatest part of town but is well fenced and has security staff. Access is controlled by gate house personnel. Camp roadways are paved. Sites are gravel where your RV sits. Adjacent to your RV is a cement patio with patio table, and either... More

We have spent more than 3 months at Lazydays RV park this year having warranty done. The RV park was always nice. You pay half price when having work done there . However, it is in a busy part of town with lots of road noise, sirens and stuff. Last week, KOA took over. Now both hot tubs are not... More

This was our first stop on our first ever rv stay. We enjoyed it then about 3 years ago so decided to go again. The weather was raining so it shorten our trip but we still enjoyed the stay. The bath rooms and showers are great. Plenty of room, hot water and clean. Tried the restaurant and had chicken wings... More

Lazydays saved our trip! We had reservations at another RV campground but didn't feel safe once we arrived and saw permanent park models there. It was after 6 p.m. and we called Lazydays to see if they could take us. They were so nice and said to come on over since they were open until 7. We had our 6... More

Nice RV Park. Clean, roomy pull-through a, nice patio furniture and concrete patios. WiFi better than at most resorts. Loved the pool and hot tub and the restaurant (Floridian grill). Staff was helpful and friendly. This was our second stay and we will definitely return again!

We hade some warranty issue with our fifth wheel we took it to lazy days, and that is when the nightmares started.the lady in the service department did not fill out the work order with all the things we had to have done. and then it took them one month to do what they had to do,when we went to... We stayed at Lazydays RV resort (formerly Beaudry's RV Resort) for one month in January 2013. and consider this resort the best there is in Tucson. The RV sites are large and each have an orange tree with some having a nice grass greenspace patio area. It's not perfect but for us snowbirds from Vancouver it's nice to see some... More
