I was greatly impressed by the staff and service at the Riverpark Inn. They made booking multiple rooms easy and were very helpful and courteous along the way. The property is in a great location in downtown Tucson and has very affordable rates. I would greatly recommend the property for anyone looking for a good deal, in a great location.

Went to Tucson to visit family and stayed for the weekend. The rooms are ok. Hotel is a little run down. They have a refrigerator and microwave. Was nice to have. The pool and hot tub where nice. There's free breakfast in the morning. For the price and location is good.

The staff was courteous. My room was clean and spacious. Lots of convenient parking. Breakfast was better than the breakfast served at the conference I was attending. The hotel was close to everything. I was very pleased with my stay here.

I stayed at the Riverpark Inn for a business trip and immediately thought to myself what a great deal this property was. Parking is a breeze and conveniently located right next to the rooms. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice, comfortable bed and very fast FREE wifi. It was a pleasure to stay at a property... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the Riverpark Inn for the weekend and the property was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and spacious. I was very pleasantly surprised at how strong the wi-fi connection was, especially for it being complimentary. The proximity to the tram was also very... More

We stayed here during Con-Ichiwa, and it was a nice home base to spend the weekend. The main reasons we picked the Riverpark Inn were the proximity to the convention center, the trolley stop, the low price, and the fact they allow pets. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the Inn is not just a motel, but a resort with... More

We booked a room at this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. When my wife pulled back the bedspread and top sheet on one of the two beds, she nearly fell over. Right there on the sheet was what looked very much like human feces, and a piece of toilet paper. We called the front desk and had the clerk... More

Proximity to Sun Link light rail is pretty cool allowing access to downtown and the university and all the eateries and drinking establishments that come with them. The facility was clean, if not a little bit worn. The hall in the wing we stayed in was carpeted and it was more than a little groaty. The staff was nice without... More

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and never really cared before, but this one was bad enough to surprise me. Carpets are destroyed, grounds are trashed, pubes in my shower. Just not good. It really felt un clean. Here for business, we were basically the only people in the place. My co worker accidentky booked this place on Expedia... More

So disappointed with Arizona Riverpark Inn. Location was the draw being so close to the convention center for a volleyball tourney. Found roaches in room, yes multiple... not good. See more roaches in hall, really not good. Exterior gate that has door key lock did not lock at all so anyone could access the back area of the property from... More

Dear 1 WestSideSmitty1, I am very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience while at Riverpark Inn January 2015. We do everything in our power to contain the “water bugs” that you saw in your room and hallway. These bugs are very prominent in the Tucson area. Many hotels, businesses and homes have these bugs and it has... More
