stayed here for a hobby show/meeting and it was as always, nice, quiet and comfortable We were given a suite since we needed a king handicapped accessable room, the front desk clerk ( C.J.) was very nice, didn't charge us extra for the suite and was helpful at check-in and check-out. We ate there 1 night, food and service was... More

Stayed here with my friend for 1 night to go to a Concert downtown Tucson. I selected this Hotel based on location, price and the fact that it has an onsite Restaurant/Bar. The room itself was nice, simple & comfortable. The hallways were a little creepy and did smell a little but our room was at the end of the... More

What a great hotel!!! We stayed for 3 nights & found it to be very clean, nice little seating area outside, great breakfast, great staff very helpful. The swimming pool & hot-tub were great as we had them to ourselves ( perhaps we were just lucky!! ) We ate there on our last night & the service was very quick &... More

Upon walking in to our room with my young child, the first thing we noticed was a 2" cockroach on the bed pillow. After inspecting the room further we noticed several other dead roaches in the closet and a strong musty smell. I told the front desk clerk about it and she seemed indifferent and gave me another room. Upon... More

I had to stay in this room for 4 days on a work trip. I couldn't believe the old musty smell that burst into my nostrils when I opened the room door. The room had to have been over 100 degrees. I turned on the A/C which made the musty smell worse. I hoped that if I sent to the... More

The hotel is awesome, greatly located, and with great offers. The event coordinator is just a racist homophobic. First towards Mexicans, then towards gays. Then I saw how she mistreated one of the employers. She didn't even noticed I was in one of the halls as she badly spoke. I always stay at the river park inn but it seems... More

We held our annual Air Force Reunion at the Riverpark Inn. The sales manager Wes Clark was wonderful to work with as was all of the staff. We were the first group that took advantage of the NEW airport shuttle the hotel acquired, which makes it so easy to get to the hotel. The FREE breakfast was more than anybody... More

Riverpark might be a euphemism since the riverbed next to the hotel is a dry wash during drought, but the entire hotel campus is lush in green, with a great pool, tall trees and shrubs. It is most conveniently located next to the I-10 south of St. Mary's, hence just 10 minutes on foot to historic downtown and the barrios.... More

I stayed here for the Tucson Folk Festival. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle was very helpful in getting to the festival without having to worry about the parking, which was very difficult in downtown Tucson. I thought it was a good value.

This was the official conference hotel for a symposium I attended at UofA. The rooms are huge and the rate is very fair. The breakfast buffet has a very wide selection including waffles, bread, eggs, etc. The only thing that I would criticize is that I often had to go to the front desk multiple times until there was someone...
