Park is rundown with oldest possible facilities. Owner is obviously running cheapest possible facility that he can. Internet service is NOT an option. They claim to give you 48 hrs free then $5 day! But lots of luck w that sporadic service. Front desk clerk said she had fixed the problem and had no idea there were still problems. Even... More

This park is in need of a makeover! LONG TERM "CAMPERS" ARE PIGS ON THE BACKSIDE OF PARK! We were stuck between 2 long-termers that didn't care! One had water hose problems ... When one burst, that's okay ... just replace it and NOT throw the burst ones away! Let them stack up! They will decompose! There was also a... More

Super clean and convenient. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Even showed us to our spot at 9pm. The park sits right in I10 but it's very quiet due to remaining wall. We felt very safe. We stayed 2 nights in a 25' travel trailer with our kids.

We wanted to check out a few RV parks before we checked in this time due to a very bad prior experience in another state. We arrived during the gem and mineral show in Tucson, (which we didn't know about) so found RV sites hard to come by. We saw this RV park as we were driving by and stopped... More

We found the park handy to town. At the moment there is construction nesrby but we knew this before booking. The only hassle was the diversion with the closed motorway off ramp. The park was clean, had excellent showers and a lovely pool/spa complex. We would stay again.

The trains honk there horns all night long plus motorway right next door....by far the noisiest place we have stayed at. Showers are a bit funny. The pool and spa are great.the location is also good. The park is very clean and tidy. Cars parked everywhere even on our site so had to move. Would definitely come back but with... More

I don't understand how this park can receive such high ratings. It is very near I-10 and a busy rail line: Noisy! There is a sewage plant nearby. When the wind blows toward the park: Phew! The dog walk area is outside the bounds of the park along a busy road, and completely unlighted. Bring a strong and reliable flashlight!... More

Stayed here late Jan. 2013. A huge mistake. During the day consruction starts early and can vibrate your entire RV at night you have the I-10 to listen to along with a major rail line. It seems to be a zone where the trains honk their massive horns 4 to 8 times at all hours of the day or night.... More

I lived here for two years and for the most part loved my stay. Yes, there has been construction occuring due to city improvements that were necessary. I-10 was widened, the bridges replaced with works of art and the entire sewer system upgraded. A wash, through the middle of the park, was also finally covered over...eliminating a maintenance problem for... More

We were disappointed in the RV park. Unfortunately for us they were in the middle of a major construction project right in the middle of the park ( not of their doing I might add). The noise of construction started at 0630-4pm. We made the best of it by leaving during the daytime hours to avoid the noise. Hoping that... More
