Stayed at the Townesuites in Tucson for a few nights this August, primarly based on price and location, and the fact that its a Marriott property. As previous guests have noted, the hotel is more then adequate. It is not posh. The construction is basic, the amenities are basic and the room is fine. I was surprised however that a... more

I booked this hotel because it had two bedrooms and a living area to accommodate my friend and me. We each wanted our own rooms. This was a fantastic choice. The layout of the "apartment" was great. And it was at the end of the hallway, back away from the road, do it was quiet as well. We rarely heard... more

Reserved a 2 bedroom suite at TownePlace Suites - check in was easy and we had a choice of rooms which was nice. Got a room overlooking golf course. First night was a bit of a nightmare but not fault of the Marriott. Our neighbors were loud and had their TV blasting late. We called down and the poor receptionist... more

This is by far not the most regal hotel we've ever stayed at, but the ammenties could not be beat for an extended-stay type of suite. The kitchen was fully equipped (even w/ can & wine bottle openers, contrary to a prior review, perhaps a change?) and the living space sufficient. The oak cabinetry could stand updating, but nothing was... more

Checking in was routine, and the staff was a bit too relaxed each time I came to the front desk. I appreciate a little more formality. The property is new, very quiet, and my room had a nice view. The kitchenette was very adequate. I think it had everything you'd need except a can opener and corkscrew. Even had salt... more

My girlfriends (ages 30's - 40's) and I were on a 3 day get away before school started. This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Excellent customer service, very nice rooms, and very clean property in a quiet area. We had an early morning flight so we arrived in Tucson at 9:30am, when we... more

My buddy and I did a five night visit to Tucson with great daily sightseeing. I always seek out 'more' than a small, plain hotel room. This hotel fit the bill for our visit. Location: Awesome despite being found at the north edge of town (so great view of nearby mountains). The hotel is conveniently located 100ft off of Oracle,... more

we stayed here for 5 nights. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment and were given a disabled apartment. Unfortunately there were waterproof covers on the mattress and the pillows and our first night was very uncomfortable as they made us far too hot. We spoke to reception the next day and they moved us to a 2 bed apartment... more

My family stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the University of Arizona with our high school daughter. This hotel is immaculate and very quiet. You never knew other people were staying there. The beds and shower were great. The AC is relatively quiet and there are ceiling fans if you don't like AC. The pool is nice but it... more

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Tucson. This was a great hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice for accomodations on return trips to Tucson. The hotel is conveniently located off of Oracle, and it was a quick trip down Orange Grove with access to I-10. We were concerned about getting around Tucson with the entrance... more
