Booked for two nights stayed nine. Why? The beds and furniture are very comfortable, the food on the club level is very good as is the restaurant. Quiet environment and nothing better than sitting by one of the fire pits and looking at the clear Tucson sky and thinking you can touch the stars. The main reason I stayed longer... More

A wonderful property in Tucson. The staff, from registration to restaurant service to cleaning, were friendly, efficient and professional. The facility is southwestern...clean, comfortable and inviting. An open air courtyard enhanced the feel of a resort yet it's not listed as such. Do not miss an opportunity to stay here.

This was my 6th hotel on my trip and the second to last and the best by far. I was upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The rooms was beautiful. It is new and clean. The living area was large with a comfy sofa, desk and chairs and a great tv. A sick and fridge. The bedroom... More

After traveling from Phoenix we arrived to find no Bell staff to take our luggage to our room ( which I would never call a 'suite'---it was tiny, outdated---the beds that were called "Comfort Sleepers" were not. The area where there was a coffee pot, had no outlet, so we had to use it in the bathroom area--where only one... More

Arrived very late to a warm welcome from George (Duty Manager) and Victoria on Reception and the theme of Sheraton smiles and warm welcomes continued all through our stay. Special note also of attentive service from Milena in the Club Room and any request to Hebert at the front desk was courteously and immediately dealt with. Our Room was a Suite... More

Nice location about 15 minutes outside of historic downtown Tucson. We spent the day walking around downtown Tucson and enjoyed many of the beautiful local highlights. Staying at the Sheraton was a great way to end our trip. The pool is lovely, the coffee bar in the lobby is great with Starbucks! Would NOT recommend the restaurant, however. Typical hotel... More

Staff was exceptional, food and drinks were great, the rooms were clean etc. This really is a nice hotel. The members lounge was nice and staff was great there as well. The best thing this hotel has is feel. The rooms feel private considering you just have your room, go outside the front door and you ARE outside, the hallways... More

We planned a last minute trip to Tuscon to have a place to stay after our visit to Tombstone. The drive from the hotel to Tombstone was not bad at all and definitely worth a day trip. We checked into our room a little late and received a courtesy upgrade to Club Level since our original room was not occupied.... More
