Very disappointed from the moment we got there. Granted, I know the Priceline rules and the hotel only needs to accomodate 2 adults if you name your own price, However, I have been using Priceline for years and this hotel was the only one that charged me extra for two double beds. The room had filthy carpet with black stains,... More

Got a great rate. The hotel is old carpet stained. Bathroom ceiling spotted with mold. Glade I paid so little, or I would be disappointed. Rooms were quiet. This is a okay place to stay if you get it cheap.

This room was offered at a great price on Hotwire. My daughter and I stayed one day, as it was cheaper than paying for gas on a round trip to Tucson. I didn't expect much considering the price, but, I was pleasantly surprised to see an attractive lobby made even more appealing with the included Starbucks coffee bar. Starbucks coffee... More

Extremely disappointing stay. The rooms were old, the water for the shower was hit or miss on the temperature, and there was a drug bust at the hotel. When I asked the hotel clerk if I could order at the Starbucks in the hotel, she stated I would have to wait for two hours until another clerk came on shift.... More

Due to an unusual set of circumstances I had to be in Tucson with my son's dog. This Sheraton is pet friendly, near my destination, and very well priced. One thing you can count on at a Sheraton is comfortable beds. This one did not disappoint; the bed and pillows were great. The bathroom was clean and up-to-date. There was... More

I booked the hotel on Priceline so I got a great price. They claim it is a 3-1/2 star but that's pushing it I think. It is a pretty old/dated hotel but we enjoyed our stay and we picked a room that overlooked the pool. The downside is it was next to the service/guest elevator and their elevator was very... More

There was definitely poop on the bathroom door. The carpets were nasty. Bathtub slippery from scum. Light bulbs were out in lamps and bathroom. Old raggedy towels. Dusty surfaces. Pet area is horrid. Trash can wasn't cleaned out. Yuck.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! They have a great breakfast buffet which has something different everyday. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. They exceeded my expectations of hospitality. And if your a coffee drinker you'll love that they have Starbucks available in the rooms!

The hotel was nice - especially the pool area which was very comfortable for both swimming and relaxing in the evening. My main complaint about it though, was the really odd configuration of the rooms. The whole hotel is in one long U shaped corridor which can only be accessed from the lobby from one direction. Our room being at... More

After a VERY long trip to Tucson from the east coast, we made it to this Sheraton. First off, the drive to the hotel scared us some as the area we drove thru was a bit rough, and we were worried we made a mistake. We didn't. The area is very nice where the hotel is. The staff were amazing.... More
