I've stayed at the Sheraton Tucson at least 40 times, which is an indication that "I'll be back" again. The staff at the hotel are friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can to make your stay comfortable. The property is kept tidy in some areas and in others it can use a bit more care. The rooms... More

We stayed for 3 nights recently, had a 3rd floor king non-smoking. Got it on Priceline so didn't really choose it, but didn't pay a lot either. However, as my husband said, I've stayed in a lot worse for a lot more. Beds are better than average but the blankets are for hotels in Alaska! The room is attractive but... More

I stayed here for a week and it was fine for what I needed but not a hotel I would choose to vacation at with my family. It definitely shows signs of wear and lack of caring. For example, they must have changed out the shower rod at some time. They installed the new rod in a different position and... More

I stayed at the Sheraton Tucson January 13 - 15 and while there were many positives, the stay was marred by poor service by the Hotel Front Desk Manager. To be fair, I wanted to list the pros and cons. Pros - bed was very comfortable, decent breakfast, free parking, nice pool area (kids had fun). The staff at the... More

I'm not sure where they spent millions renovating this place. The room itself was acceptable but dated and in need of minor maintenance. The rest of the hotel (except the lobby) was very dated, run-down looking and dirty. The bed was comfortable enough but the sheets were stiff and crinkly and the comforter weighed about 20 lbs. The bathroom was... More

this hotel is good for the price. The property is great, with a nice jacuzzi and pool outside w courtyard, but the rooms are not quite up to par with most starwood properties. More

The Sheraton Tucson is by no means a cutting-edge property. But the services and amenities it offers could not be better. First off, the Sheraton Tucson is an excellent value. The grounds include a pool (outdoor jacuzzi), a restaurant, cafe in the lobby, business center, and a small conference center. As an SPG Gold member, I have been upgraded many... More

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. If I were a Business traveler I would NOT stay here for sure because the property is catered to a younger crowd and families with children. The Good: It was quiet clean and the location was ok. The pool was really good if you have kids. The courtyard was a nice bonus, especially given... More

My parents had reserved a room for us as our Christmas present while visiting, and after reading the reviews we were quite skeptical. It turned out to be much better than we expected, albeit not fabulous. The lobby was quite lovely with lots of sitting areas and a cafe. The staff was welcoming and courteous and the grounds great. The... More

Stayed here for one night in November 2011. I'm not sure if it was the long flight but i found the layout really confusing. You seemed to go through lots of small doors to get around from one area to another. It's quite a large hotel and initial impressions are very good. Pleasant and efficient reception staff give you a... More
