Let start by saying this is not your typical Sheraton. It appears to be a property in transition. The lobby has been remodeled, the room was nice although the bathroom was small. However, the sliding glass door screen was broken and the juliette balcony was dirty. Very comfortable bed, hbo tv, free parking and no resort fee. The pool area... More

My wife and I frequent this fine establishment quite often for weekend getaways as we reside in a rural area just north of the Mexican border. Naturally, when she was scheduled for surgery, we chose to stay here. She was released from the hospital a few hours after the 4 hour procedure and I brought her back to the hotel... More

To me an excellent hotel is not only one that is above average but one that exceeds expectations in unexpected ways. We used points to book an upgraded room with lounge access and so I expected that but we were pleasantly surprised when Max at the front desk upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. The room was fantastic and one... More

It's wonderful Max was able to upgrade you to our presidential suite and enjoyed your time with us. We are glad you were able to experience the Club Lounge with our breakfast, evening reception as well as complimentary drinks and snacks offered 24 hours a day. I will be sure to pass along your comments to Max and the rest... More

Situated near a hospital complex, the hotel have nice rooms, clean and spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant is good and service excellent. There is a nice pool in a inner pateo, but we went in winter.

This is our favorite property in Tucson. It's convenient to all the attractions, but out of the mainstream traffic. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are a decent size, with plenty of lounge chairs. The onsite restaurant has a good variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property itself is beginning to show its' age. Hope... More

My husband and I stayed here thought the stay was alright. The hotel looked like a very old hotel and there were no upgrades done to it. They are also pet friendly. We stayed for 3 days and had certain expectations, especially since we are SPG. We own a time share in Orlando with Starwood and the Sheraton falls under... More

The Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites is an 'older' hotel, but it is still excellent. Surrounding a beautiful courtyard with pool and mature plantings, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was ever helpful, the 'club floor' amenities were delicious. Highly recommended.

We stayed 6 nights in Tucson. I decided to stay 3 nights at the Hilton (see that review) and 3 nights here at the Sheraton. The Sheraton is convenient to most things in town. You can walk to restaurants, etc. The Hilton is on the outskirts of town so this can make a difference in your plans. The suite was... More

Hotel is lad out like a triangle with the pool area in the middle. Attractive landscaping, large 3-4 story trees on the perimeter, 3 fire pits, and a nice sized pool and hot tub. Restaurant, which I didn't try, offered poolside dining/drinking. Friday evening live poolside band. Very much enjoyed relaxing evenings by the fire. We stayed about 1/2 way... More

Visited here for a 6 day stay. Greeted by George on arrival who quickly got us to our room and with no porter on duty he personally unloaded our car and brought our cases to our room. Requests for anti allergic pillows and more hangers resulted in prompt delivery of both. All other requests during our stay were efficiently and... More
