This particular building has been through a gazillion renovations in the last 20 years. It's still not gorgeous, but it's a lot better than it used to be. At the corner of Campbell and Speedway, it can be noisy. Ask for a room with a university/pool view (south-facing), in the lower numbers so that you're the farthest away from both... more

Our first impression was it could use a lot of renovations. Just our luck, the pool was closed for just that reason. Cleanliness was OK, the rooms looked pleasant with bushels of pillows. The bathroom was dated but everything worked, they had a good bath mat and the toiletries were very pleasant. That's the best part of the hotel. The... more

I live in Europe and continually forget that the Sheratons in the US should not be viewed as anything more than an upmarket motel. The staff had no interest in the guests whatsoever. The Four Points fits this discription exactly. Upon arrival I asked whether the hotel had a doctor to be told to look one up in the yellow... more

The hotel's location is convenient for UofA . It is a little older hotel that could use some renovations and updated amenities, but the service is exceptional. We have stayed at Four Points over a dozen times within a year. The hotel is comfortable and everyone is friendly! My husband is disabled and the Office Supervisor Betty Martinez has gone... more

I'm 27 an stay in hotels 70% of my days. My company puts me on a tight budget so I'm constantly trying to find the best hotels for the cheap. I typically stay in Comfort Suites, which are typically just barely livable (much better than Quality, regular Comfort, etc). The carpets in here STINK, they are dirty as hell, the... more

In walking into the loby of the Four Points we were bombarded with that nasty ( I need to cover up this smell) scent of Cinnamon room spray. The loby in itself gives the impression of (this might be ok) but, once you are on your way up to your room it's a very different story. The carpets are atrocious!... more

This hotel was just OK but very convenient to UofA. The hallways are very outdated and look old. The room had been somewhat renovated and the bed was comfy. The big problem was the street noise from Speedway. I would encourage anyone staying here to request a room on the backside of the hotel. Speedway is a very busy street... more

I was shocked at how dirty everything was in the hotel. The carpets in the hallways were extremely stained. This continued into the rooms where I did not feel comfortable walking with bare feet. The furniture was all stained and scratched. The bed was very uncomfortable with a huge sag in the middle. Portions of this hotel are student housing... more

I expected more from Sheraton and the price paid for the room. I stayed for four night while at a conference in Tuscon. It's out of the way, so you need to drive everywhere except for maybe the university stadium. There is little around in terms of restaurants or entertainment. The building is old and the rooms are worn. Apparently,... more

Thank you for your comments regarding our hotel here in Tucson. Within walking distance of the Sheraton is an Outback Steakhouse, IHOP, a barbecue restaurant, Crossroads strip mall and movie theater. All of our hotel rooms were renovated in 2008 and our public space was renovated during that same time period. I think you were trying to review the Sheraton...

Our family spent one night at the Four Point Tucson over spring break in march 2009. After a fun day in Tucson we arrived at the hotel, which was easy to find. Our room was ready at 3:00 PM and the front desk clerk was nice. I did notice the lobby smelled (like they someone was trying to hide another... more
