The room was nice, but the service was fantastic. Very friendly and everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the bar staff to the hallway janitor went out of their way for people, and did it with a smile. Hot breakfast is included...with Starbuck's coffee!

Customer service. Professional in EVERY respect & not expensive! Social hour every day with 2 free drinks, and the breakfast is hot - and good for a hotel. The coffee is excellent - Starbucks! The pool is very nice. The staff are second to none!!!

My daughter's wedding was held there at hotel on New Year's Eve 2011. With the guidance of Carrier Lower and help of the rest of the staff, everything turned out beautiful. We had more people show up for ceremony and the staff quickly brought out more chairs, I did not have to track someone down. The food was great! Afterwards,... More

My girlfriend and I went out for a night in downtown Tucson and got a room in the tower. The room was very clean and the service was great. Breakfast was included and the price couldn't be better. We really enjoyed our experience!

My husband and I reserved the presidential spa suite online. There were no specifications listed when we did this. We arrived at 11 and showed ID to check in and they said our room wouldn't be ready until 1. We came back and then were told it wouldn't be ready until 3. At 3 we returned again and then were... We enjoyed our stay and found our room to be clean, beds comfortable, and the staff very very helpful. This is an older hotel-convention center and is being remodeled. Request a room in the tower since the remodeling is completed there. The other rooms may have variable quality but the tower rooms were excellent. Very close to the freeway. Good... More

We attempted to stay in this hotel over a year ago, but their so-called accessible room wasn't even close. After consulting management several times, we were assured they had fixed the problems and it would now work for someone in a wheelchair. I was shown to the exact same room as we had been given the last time. There was... More

during the veteran's day weekend we were attending a convention. The staff was very courteous and professional. we had a issue with the heater in the room when it was turned on ( this may have been the first time for the season) it started to smoke, the plug was pulled. A staff member was near the room and came... More

I stayed at this hotel after driving up to Tucson to attend a concert with my wife. For those staying in Tucson for the night while traveling on Interstate 10 this is a great location - just a few minutes from the freeway. This hotel is an older property, and maybe just a little rough around the edges, but every... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. You cannot beat the price for what you get. The staff was vey friendly and considerate. Upon arrival it was explained that continental breakfast would be provided ( the choice for breakfast was amazing to feed any dietary concern(s). The lady tending to our needs in the breakfast area was very... More
