The pictures on the website paint a totally different picture than what this hotel looks like when you arrive on property. I would like to see the rooms that make this a "boutique" hotel. We had 3 rooms because we had a group and they were equally disgusting and rundown. Our room had a serious water leak coming from the... More

I was going to Tucson for a Conference at the U of A only 2 nights. It was absolutly awful. We had reserved 2 rooms with 2 beds and did we get that no. We had to go back down to the front office and get totally new rooms. Which put us late to our conference after a 9 hour... More

After reading many of the reviews I was very hesitant in checking into this property. I visited before my arrival date and talked to two ladies (guest) that were lounging by the pool and was told that they found this hotel to be ok. I then requested to see the type of room, 2 bedroom suite, that I had booked.... More

Enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the Historic District with some beautiful homes and good restaurants. Great location for the large pool, hot tub, volleyball net. Lots of lovely orange, grapefruit & olive trees on this property. Nice happy hour - very friendly bar staff. Food in the bar was very good. They are currently upgrading the rooms... More

We stayed at this hotel a few times in winter. It's location is very convenient for hiking and going out. It is a somewhat run down resort from the 70s. Built around a large courtyard with a semi-olympic swimming pool (slightly heated) and a bunch of orange trees. Actually quite nice looking. From the upper floors of the four story... More

I had seen several poor reviews of this location, but it was one of the few places offering an Accessible room with a roll in shower and two beds which was also dog friendly. We needed that combination. I hoped the poor reviews had been from a disgruntled traveler and not the average for the hotel. Although I only saw... More

We were in Tucson to visit family for the weekend. We like to try different types of hotels instead of cookie cutter national chains. This time we should have stayed with a national chain. $94 for a very small one room "suite" with a stained bathtub, missing tile(s) in the bathroom floor, threadbare couch, worn carpeting that was rolling up... Stayed for dog show. Arrived to a dark dingy room with hanging broken curtains. Carpet FILTHY... Old dog food on carpet. Bugs in room so gross just went there to sleep.. Will never come back!!!! Felt bad for the dog.. Day before show they put steer manure down all over including the show rings. Smelly , messy.. The whole place... More
