Upon arriving in Tucson, we phoned for the free shuttle. When it arrived, we were looking for the logo for InnSuites (which was on the letterhead we received, without the hotel Tucson name and logo) and thereby missed it. The room was nice, but the service was fantastic. Very friendly and everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the bar staff to the hallway janitor went out of their way for people, and did it with a smile. Hot breakfast is included...with Starbuck's coffee! More

We enjoyed our stay and found our room to be clean, beds comfortable, and the staff very very helpful. This is an older hotel-convention center and is being remodeled.
