We were visiting the U of A campus and needed a place to spend one night. Got to the hotel about 11pm to check in. The lobby and pool area looked nice and I thought it could be a good choice. There are several buildings on the grounds, so we had to drive to the room. Driving to the room... more

Hotel is nice and conveniently located close to downtown and the UofA. Very nice pool. For the price, would stay there again. more

Soft comfortable beds, good pillows and a large flat screen TV. Room was cool and clean, good shower, great bed. What more can I say. Nice to have the Internet stations as well. more

After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant. However, my stay exceeded expectations. It looks like they redid a lot of the hotel. The fitness room was small, but adequate. There was a free computer/internet room. The bar area looks brand new and we caught some of the football games while having a beer. Our room was... more

The hotel is very convenient to U of A and Downtown. U of A is a short 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Downtown is even closer. Our room was clean and not too small. The pool is large and inviting in Tucson's desert heat. more

The staff was very gracious. The rooms were clean with common amenities (coffee maker, ironing board, cable TV, and cold AC). I found the happy hour in the bar and buffet breakfast very enjoyable. more

We stayed here 3 nights for a car show since it was the host hotel. The newer part (lobby, lounge, bar, banquet rooms, etc.) were great - clean and attractive. The elevators were small, creaky, and really filthy. Our room (712) left a LOT to be desired. It was way less than clean. Carpets were awful - didn't want to... more

The public areas smell bad and have extremely worn furnishings. The "fitness center" had 4 broken pieces of equipment and would have been rinky dink even if operable (e.g., they were battery operated(!)). My room was just fine and had a very comfortable bed, although my travel companion was put in a rundown room, complete with blood splatter on the... more

I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. My boys and I stayed there and loved it. Yes the bathrooms show a little age, but the rooms were really nice. Very clean. The grounds were so pretty and well keept. And the staff, they were great. I travel alot with my kids and this was one of the... more

This place is in my hometown and I recently was with a group that stayed here. You can tell that it's seen better days as soon as you walk into one of the hallways in the main portion of the building that doesn't seem to be air conditioned. A friend even mentioned that her A/C wasn't working for most of... more
