The hotel is well situated for downtown, and the University of Arizona. I stayed here with a group for 7 nights. The rooms are dirty, carpet needs replacing and the toilet had to be controlled by the main valve! If you need to stay here make sure to ask for a room that faces the pool. I had a room... More

I first discovered this place back in the day when it was the Ramada Inn - lovely then. It has been the InnSuites 20 years or more and in those years it does not appear that anything has been cleaed, repaired or replaced. Having to be there for a special show i know every corner. On the occasion of moving... More

First I will say the hotel has a nice pool, and nice grounds. The front desk staff were snooty with the exception of one middle aged man that worked the counter. However the rooms are old and dirty. We had light bulbs burnt out that we requested replacements for that never came. There were burns in the carpet from cigarettes... More

I wouldn't stay here. As a dealer, I always have the same room. My toilet runs unless I take the back off, same as last year. Had a flood from the room above. Can't get on the internet unless I stand outside the room. Same as always. My friends had a terrible mold problem in their room and another friend... More

I've stayed so many nice places with uncomfortable beds. One thing this place has is a comfy bed. Also it's centrally located and close to all the cool happening stuff that Tucson has to offer. I also like that the staff is super friendly, it's clean, and the price is great. Once again though I must say, the bed is... More

We booked a suite since we were traveling with kids usually it's easier to have 2 rooms. The "suite" in this hotel was created by removing the doors between 2 adjoining rooms. So you essentially get 2 hotel rooms with 2 bathrooms, which would have been nice if both rooms were not so disgusting. I would have also preferred to... More

Pretty good value, but not for the luxury traveler. Hotel a little tattered around the edges, but decent beds, nicely maintained property. Good free breakfast--eggs, potatoes, sausage, the usual waffle maker, some fruit, etc. I could eat enough to skip lunch, so could be a pretty good savings. Staff we met were very nice and helpful. Wi-fi was ok, and,... More

Public spaces here are great the rooms are very outdated and dirty. Our tub was missing pieces and the water pressure sucked. The pool and lobby are gorgeous and the breakfast was excellent. Just use the public space and don't go to bed

I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Tucson recently. I had read some negative reviews here after my family booked this hotel for me and was very concerned about what it was going to be like. I stayed for 5 nights and never once had any problem or saw any of the things mentioned in the reviews I... More
