The room is clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen tv. Housekeeping once a week, but don't replace linen. Free Internet, but no wifi. Have to buy an eternet cable to access internet, which definitely needs to be upgraded. I feel safe at night, and I like the locks on the door. Overall, I would recommend this room.

My son & I stayed at InTown Suites for 13 months, from February 2013 to March 2014 & then again for 5 weeks recently. We were sad to leave the 1st time & again this time. We didn't know what to expect the 1st time & were stunned at how well this hotel is run. Manager Alonso Martinez works hard... More

I arrived after a long trip from L.A. and from Vietnam. The check-in times are inconvenient if you arrive after 1600. However, with prior arrangements there is no issue. The rooms are clean with maid service as scheduled. The staff are excellent and very patient with customers. There is easy access to a large laundry room and the location is... More

This is easily the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in (and I stay at a lot of them). Upon first entering the room, I noticed an awful odor. It turned out to be a bad toilet. The toilet was leaking feces and urine all over the bathroom floor. They couldn't switch my rooms because the office was closed. A maintenance... More

I had reserved a room for 16 nights two months before our stay, and confirmed two weeks before our stay. The day of our arrival we got a phone call while en route stating they had allowed some people to extend their stay so our reservation was dropped. This was at the beginning of the Tucson gem show so you... More

I made an online reservation on Jan 27. 2014 for Jan 30 - Feb 10, 2014 and was emailed a confirmation email and a second confirmation the day prior to arrival. My husband was coming from California for an 11 day business trip. En route to Tucson from California he was called and informed his reservation was dropped due to... More

This place gives a great price: $189. But the place is Dirty. My friends came and shared a large room. I was terribly embarrassed. It was dated and unkempt. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The beds reminded me of a homeless shelter. If you need to save $ & aren't picky stay here. If you like... More

First of all, I have to say that the rate is quite fair, $189.00 per week with a one-time $50 deposit. Because of the price, it mitigated some of the technical issues I had, but not all. I ended up staying here for two weeks because I was in town for business/leisure. The place I had originally scheduled to stay... More
