We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the location. It was obviously older but well kept and remodeled. It was central and convenient while not being too loud. Henry the manager was totally accommodating at every turn. As others have noted the breakfast is not exactly ihop but fresh pastries and coffee were available. My only suggestion is to get... More

Stayed two nights, price was OK (budget hotel) location was not too bad either. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room felt safe although the park opposite seemed to attract some homeless people (who were harmless). Breakfast was a collect your own on a tray from reception affair that, if you don't like doughnuts, came down to a bowl... More

Family owned and operated motel. Friendly, clean and helpful. This is just an overnighter for us. The continental breakfast is small area not a big selection but filling. They do have a small computer area in the office with printer. We had no problems here and would stay here again, We paid $71.46 for two people we though was a... More

We spent two nights at this hotel during our Southwest trip in September 2015. We were a party of three adults and spent 133$ for a two queen bed room for two nights. Located just outside downtown Tucson, this motel is easy to find, and convenient if you're going to move around Tucson by car. It's just the typical American... More

Simple, clean, friendly, and affordable. Excellent for the price. I enjoyed conversations with the proprietor, Henry, and coffee, orange juice, toast and doughnuts the next morning as well. I would stay here again and I enjoy supporting local, small businesses.

This Inn is run by two families and the main manager, Henry, is fastidious about the cleaniness, updates, and overall maintenance of each room and highly responsive to the needs of the patrons. The room was immaculate with excellent beds, and brand new bathroom. Trini was our housekeeper and she was incredible. The location was about 1/2 mile to the... More

Continental Breakfast was ok, donuts, fruit, bagels, oatmeal (no yogurt). Not the best for continental compared to what I usually see. Very clean. A quick walk from 4th street. Fridge and microwave. Lower floor is drive up accessible. Great deal for the price.

The location is a pretty long walk to the U of A, but it's doable. The rooms are clean and the bed I slept in was quite comfortable. This is a good choice for the price. The free wi if is good, we could stream movies and work without the usual budget motel problems.

I love the property and the service was good. Very close to the University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson. The WiFi was terrible though. I expect it to be good anywhere I stay now. I'll likely look elsewhere next time for this reason.

We made a reservation online for 4 people per room, and when we got there the owner told us that the reservations were for 2 people per room. Even by showing him proof and talking to him, and after a heated discussion he was going to charge us more, so he forced us to cancel our reservation and look for... More
