I knew I was in trouble when on the check on form it says no refunds after 10 minutes from check in.. well #1 it takes at least 10 mins to walk up the ricketey old stairs and into the not very locked door.. then I got into the room and noticed a funky odor. The shower had a window... More

We paid $45 plus tax per night on booking.com. The room had a double (perhaps queen) bed, a microwave, a fridge, no coffee maker, no hair dryer (as advertised), a TV with many channels, good internet, a table and 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables, a dresser with 4 drawers, no clock radio (but one doesn't really need that anymore), and... I picked this hotel because it was close to the Hospital where my brother is being treated. Unfortunately once I checked into my room I discovered stained linens full of hair. It was a disgusting sight to realize that not much care is taken into maintaining a clean and hygienic hotel room. I asked the clerk for my money back... More

Upon checking in with tired and hungry children at 6 pm we were given a hotel room that was never cleaned nor made up. The staff didn't communicate that to the front desk. When asked for an extra pillow to accommodate my three children I was refused and then when we (4) four paying customers arrived at the alleged FREE... More

This hotel managed to give me the worst hotel experience I ever had and I never even got to actually spend the night in it. I made a reservation for one night only. I specifically searched for a hotel that accepted pets because we had our cat with us on the road. We arrived there at 9.30pm after an entire... More

Booked hotel online for 2 nights. Looked like ok place with good value. Upon arrival was found to be small hotel in bad part of town. Drive through liquior store and tatoo parlor next door. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was very small with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in, and smelly. Bedspread... More

I go to Tucson every year for the Gem & Mineral Show in Feb. Things get sold out and are very expensive at that time of year. The year before I got a great deal through one of those on line and won't give the name places, hoping to get a better deal again I used them for this year.... More

On the plus side, the front staff were very nice and helpful in giving restaurant recommendations and driving directions. In addition, this is located downtown yet you would still need to drive, take the bus, or cab it to Congress St. or 4th Ave where the majority of dining and entertainment establishments are located, unless you're prepared for a hefty... The motel on a whole is very average, but then we paid just $41/night to stay there. Skip the meager continental breakfast. The bed was average (not stable to the floor), the air conditioning worked fine, though it was loud. About what you would expect from a budget motel. Centrally located near the University.

My daughter and I stayed here on the last night of our vacation in Tucson. It was very clean, quiet and the price was right, 86.30 for the two of us including taxes. It is conveniently located near the University. Morning coffee was a little on the weak side, but everything else about the place was great.
