Room was disgusting. Candy wrappers left in room. Hair that was not ours all over the bathroom. Toothpaste smears on bathroom countertop that was not ours. No hot water at the bathroom sink. TV stopped working while kids watching it, just turned off and wouldnt come back on. Curtains all ripped up. Carpet all ripped up and very sticky feeling.... More

I have been a GM for over eight months. I am available to my guest 24/7. All I would ask the reviewer/guest is a simple question, did you ask anyone at front desk (i am always there) to change your suite? We have over 40 deluxe suites which are completely renovated with everything brand new. My staff has a standing... More

I can honestly say this hotel does every thing right except one thing. It is VERY hot in Tucson and the air conditioner was off in the room. It took a couple hours before we noticed the room cool down. The towels were somewhat stiff and low quality, but the room was extremely nice and the hotel very nice. The... More

Most terrible experience with Comfort Suites ever - left the room for a couple of hours, cleaning man rummaged through our bags, then took the lap top, cord, and case. Of COURSE there are cameras, of COURSE he showed his bag when he left his shift EARLY, as soon as we got back to the room. Hotel won't take any... More

My stay here was quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy. Rooms were tidy. Nothing special. VERY close to the airport. If you need to be near the airport, this is a good spot. If you are looking for extras, this is not the place.

This hotel was in run-down condition. For example, in our bathroom there was wallpaper missing like it had been torn off for some ersatz remodel that never happened. There was also a bloody kleenex in the hallway that was there when we arrived and still there when we checked out. Before we booked the room we asked if they had... More

Hotel is a little isolated but okay for a night or two. Suite was a nice size and the separate sitting area made for a homely feel. Breakfast was the standard Comfort Inn fare and was adequate. Options for dinner are limited with only Morgans within walking distance and their menu is rather sparse.

When I had business in Tucson back in the winter of 2010 I stayed here and was impressed with the value and service. So that's why I booked again this month. Surprise.... Same great rates but they have newly renovated with all new rooms, furniture, flat screen etc. So it's even a better deal than before. The staff is very... More

Stayed three nights at the Comfort Suites Airport recently. I like how it's really close to the airport, but that's about all it has going for it when it comes to location. There isn't a grocery store within 5 miles and the closest major shopping is about 8 miles away. Make sure you rent a car because you're going to... More

Run don't walk away. Towels were as hard as loofas. The bathroom light would not come on , finally repaired it myself. Business office consisted of a cheap metal table with a laptop and printer in main lobby. Printer paper was reused paper. Breakfast was nice but run from the day old pastries. Had to spray our room for bugs.... More

This property may have been at one time comfortable, but it no longer is. The room in which we stayed reflected a poorly maintained facility. The wall paper was peeling. The walls were in bad condition, the air conditioning was noisy and the carpet and furnture looked dirty. Needless to say, it was far from anything containing the word "comfort".... More
