As an experienced rider English style (live in scotland), fast and furious (common rides, hunting etc), I was not sure if I would enjoy the riding so much as was aware it's very controlled. However, there is good reason, you are riding through desert with thousands of cactus beside you, so going off the trail is a no no, and... More

I have never done nothing like it (being a Brit). My first time on a dude ranch, and what a week it was. Cannot thank Russ and all of his staff enough for making our stay something I will never forget. Never rode a horse before but the expertise shown by the wranglers was second to none. Slow rides on... More

Our first time to a guest ranch. What an incredible experience. This place is so cool. The grounds are clean and beautiful. The food is great. The whole staff is more than helpful and nice. Russel and Michael treat their staff like family. We took our 6 year old grand daughter. She had the best time with Dodger, her horse.... More

This was my first time to a dude ranch. As an experienced horseback rider (English Style), I was worried that the riding and horses might be disappointing. How wrong was I! Loads of different rides every day arranged so you could do several differnt ones or, the highlight for me, take a full day ride into the Saguaro National Park.... More

This place is amazing, best hotel ever visited. I'm always puzzled by an hotel with so many 5 stars reviews but after being there I really understand why they achieve such ratings. The whole hotel is great and the staff is very passionate, they will do everything possible to make it a perfect stay. The price may be high but... More

This is a beautiful location and affordable vacation. The accommodations are top notch. The food is abundant and simply adequate (I wasn't wild about the menu options). Happy Hour and nightly entertainment are enjoyable and often educational. The rodeo is not to be missed. This is a family run operation that clearly loves The Ranch, the horses, the guests, and... I booked this place as a stop on our American road trip, we only stayed one night so did not get to experience the ranch properly which we were gutted about as the place is amazing. The room's are huge and are like little cabins which are western themed. The place is in the middle of nowhere so you put... More

My husband and I just returned form our ninth stay at the White Stallion Ranch. We booked for next year before we left! We both love to travel to different places, so our decision to return to the ranch each year underscores how much we love the vacation. It is a family-run ranch that constantly renews itself to provide the... More

Think cowboy movies, think Jimmy Stewart and gun fights in the mountains and imagine yourself riding through Suicide Pass pursued by whatever baddie takes your fancy! White Stallion Ranch will probably look familiar if you're a cowboy movie buff as it has been the backdrop for around 30 films. But the Ranch provides way more than an iconic scenic location....
