We stayed one night in a two bedroom casita on our way from the Grand Canyon back to Dallas. Compared to the other places we stayed on our nine day trip this was the best. The casita was excellent. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, and the views were beautiful. It was great to have a full kitchen... more

Had stayed at the Legacy Golf Resort in Phoenix earlier on the same trip Also part of Shell). We were very disappointed re our stay at Starr Pass. The rooms were clean and spacious and the resort is located in the foothills with plenty of walking trails to explore. Also, the fitness facility and pool were fine. We were very... more

We really appreciated that the Staff at Starr Pass were able to grant our accomodation request. Our family loves staying at the resort, nature definitely comes to you....we had a roadrunner bird run by our livingroom window. The golf course is first rate and proximity to the JW Marriott makes it convenient to visit the hotel for breakfast. Thank you... more

Bathrooms are dirty & unclean. The shower curtain had mold on it. The window in the shower area was slopped with caulking to fix the water/mold issue. Bugs in the room. The pillowcases smelled like the laudry was left overnight in the washer. All in all, for what I paid, it was a terrible value. more

We stayed in a studio unit for 2 nights over a weekend. This was the second time we've stayed there and both times we've stayed in a studio unit and were very pleased. Our room had a nice view of the surrounding mountains and the second time a view of the pool area too. The bed was quite comfortable and... more

Great for stargazing. Away from the crowds & quiet. Beautiful setting. 1/3 of the price of the JW Marriott just down the road. Heard the coyotes howl at night-fantastic more

My son and I stayed here for a golf vacation. Overall positive experience. We stayed in one of their standard rooms rather than one of the suites. Included small frig and microwave, toaster, blender, some dishes etc. so we could have some meals (breakfast) in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice. Wasn't luxurious but we weren't paying... more

Upon arrival I came into the clubhouse to hear a baby crying. While checking in the agent had a baby on her hip while checking me in. I can not believe how unprofessional this was. This is not even close to a resort scene. This is the first thing I saw when I checked in and I had a bad... more

We stayed at the Golf suites in August and after getting lost many times due to major roadworks on the I10 we were nicely greeted in reception and allowed to check in much earlier than alloted time. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it did look very 'tired' but the bed was so comfortable. The view was beautiful from... more
