We also traded into this resort using Interval International and were told we were being placed in a recently updated villa (49A). Haven't been here before so not sure what was updated. Perhaps the carpet which looked newer and the kitchen appliances, utensils but that was it. Couch was comfortable, all the other chairs were not. The counter stools are... More

This hotel is out of the way, good location if you want to play golf, but you need a car for every thing else. The rooms are big but dated and needing updating. The beds are not very comfortable, did not get a good nights sleep. There is a restaurant on site with a limited menu, the food was fine.... More

VanGaroto, Thank you for your response regarding your recent stay with us. I am glad that you enjoyed the location, we love being nestled away from the city surrounded by the wildlife and beautiful open sky. I do hope that you will allow us to accommodate you after our renovation that will begin in the next couple of years. More

John, thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time in Tucson and got out to explore some of the many wonders our small city has to offer! We have a peregrine falcon that nests with us every year by the pool area, I hope that you were able to get a glimpse of... More

We exchanged a week from a Marriott Resort in another location through Interval International for Starr Pass. We liked the location (other reviewers have said it is out of the way), which is on the western side of Tucson and close to Saguaro National Park (west). We aren't golfers, so can't comment on the golf course. We do like to... More

Carguynw, We so appreciate hearing back from our guests and I thank you for sharing with us your experience. If you are a biker, of any level, we have this great bike event the week before Thanksgiving every year called "Tour De Tucson" that is really fun and for anyone interested in getting together with fellow bikers for a nice... Views were excellent but the room was ok and service was only ok too. No wifi in the rooms and the pool furniture was basic. No bbq and no daily room service. The room had a desk but no real sitting area despite being a suite. A one bedroom had a full sitting area but the other suite, was not... More

Jrsimone, We thank you for your response and I'm sorry to hear that you're experience was only "ok." We are aware that our studio rooms are lacking in some areas. We are very excited to have those updated within the next two years. As for the staff and the other areas of your experience, I'd love it if you'd email... More

We love the hotel. The staff is always very welcoming and accomodating. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and the patios overlooking the golf course are relaxing. Love the wildlife you see on the grounds. Great hiking near hotel.

This hotel has a serious critter issue! On the first night, found live baby spiders in the bedding as well as large dead spider on the floor. Having arrived late was too tired to move rooms. Saw some flying beetles as well as but tried to be tolerant. The final straw was last night when I noticed something crawling up... More

Good evening sir, Thank you for your comments regarding your stay with us. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced such an issue. We were gifted a stay here for our honeymoon staycation. The 2nd night we were there we left to go to dinner and came back to our room door open. The do not disturb sign was shoved into the bottom of the door like they were marking our room. We were unsure if someone was in our room and we... More

We have stayed here multiple times. It was our go-to place for staying Tucson for essentially free. We have a Timeshare, and this was part of our rental club. The memory foam beds were always comfy, the rooms were always clean, and the view of the city was second to none. The first time we stayed, we got the Studio,... More

Jess5K, I am so glad to hear that you enjoy staying with us during your stays in Tucson. I must agree that the views we have up here are hard to beat. My biggest joy is that we are only 15 minutes or so from Downtown but yet when on our property it's as if we are tucked away with... More

We stayed here because my Mom has a Time Share and the grounds and rooms are very nice. I will probably not stay here again due to how far it is from everything else in Tucson. This would be the perfect place for a couple who just wants to hide away. Also it has poor night time lighting outside. It's... More
