We really appreciated that the Staff at Starr Pass were able to grant our accomodation request. Our family loves staying at the resort, nature definitely comes to you....we had a roadrunner bird run by our livingroom window. Bathrooms are dirty & unclean. The shower curtain had mold on it. The window in the shower area was slopped with caulking to fix the water/mold issue. Bugs in the room. The pillowcases smelled like the laudry was left overnight in the washer. All in all, for what I paid, it was a terrible value. more
