This was my 3rd visit to Miraval. I've never been a person that travels to the same place more than once, but I have to say that based on my experiences, this will be an place I will continue to come back to (hopefully once a year). This is truly a magical place and I have never felt better after... More

I just returned from Miraval which was the venue for a cancer advocacy summit. This was my second trip to the property. I recall the fondness with which I left the first time in February of 2011 and my arrival this time was no different. My room was perfect. Comfy king size bed with ample space for a corner sofa... I love the views at Miraval and think its second to none in how it feels when you are there. I always arrive like a stressed out New Yorker and leave like a yogi. The woman at the juice bar is wonderful as are all the staff. I wish in 100Plus degree heat ( dry and still better than the... More

My love affair with Miraval started years ago ... with a chocolate chip cookie. Not just any chocolate chip cookie, mind you, but a BANANA chocolate chip cookie. A cookie so addicting it should have its own 12-Step Program! Imagine my surprise when I discovered my beloved cookie was retired. In its place, a coconut macaroon. Not to diminish the... More

Far and away, the best things about Miraval were the people and the location/views. Other than the woman at the smoothie bar, each and every person we encountered went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, including the guest services professional with whom we booked our experiences ahead of our visit, which I recommend. The class leaders were... More

This was my third trip to Miraval in the last 12 months, and I was a little disappointed this time. The main is issue is they are undergoing extensive renovations so it was noisy. The gym was relocated into one of the meeting rooms, but they moved the bare minimum of equipment. Chain hotels have better gyms than what Miraval... More

This was my second time at Miraval. It is a magical place. The classes are fabulous and the staff is loyal and extremely customer focused. Unfortunately, the first room I received smelled like mold, but the second one was better! The rooms are aged, however they are renovating them! I did notice some subtle negative differences in Miraval since my... More

From the moment you arrive at Miraval, everyone makes you feel like you live in a cocoon-----helping you recharge, reconnect and rejuvenate. This begins the moment you arrive at the airport. The resort sits among pools, waterfalls in an exquisite mountain setting that makes you feel like you are in a private sanctuary. We stayed in the Dreamcatcher double room... More

I've been to Miraval three times. On each separate visit I have made a powerful discovery about myself, challenged myself in ways I didn't know were possible, and allowed my mind and body to heal and relax as I transitioned from one stage of life to the next. Each staff person makes you feel as if this were your journey... More
