Just returned from Miraval. It is a gorgeous spot about 45 minutes from the Tucson airport. I had pre-signed up for many activities. The variety is endless. Some are better than others. Try Chi Gong (Chinese version of Tai Chi) with Melissa. She is a bundle of energy! She also helped me develop some water exercises for my aching bones.... More

Miraval is in a great desert location that includes an awesome assortment of cacti. We are here in April and many cacti are in bloom. This and the desert environment is very special. Since this is a spa, my wife and I have had two terrific massages, a lovely hike through the desert (the only detraction is that it was... More

My sisters and I went to Miraval for our mom's 70th birthday. We spent a 4 day weekend and 2 months later are still glowing from the experience. We all have different interests and could choose activities to our liking (from yoga, tennis, swimming and horseback riding to photography, hiking, meditation, pottery and cardio drumming and zip-lining!). We loved the... More

My wife and I were blown away by this resort! It helped that we had 70 degree weather and came from the cold. Everything there was so nice and clean and the people who work there are kind. The healthy food was so enjoyable and you could dress up or down as you pleased. Yes, even in your robe, which... More

Miraval is just the place to just get away from it all. I will be back most likely for tucson business trips every one and again. All services provided are phenomenal and can we talk about the spa?! I just didn't want the weekend to end. The property is beautiful, associates are accommodating, and the overall setting - RELAXING!

I reserved a 3-night Miraval stay using a TravelZoo voucher, which cost $1198. The value was shown as $3528. I called Miraval and made a reservation over my birthday, a Friday to Monday schedule. I appreciated that there was no restriction on weekend use. In retrospect, I should have asked a girlfriend to go with me. Even though my husband... More

I was surprised with all the changes that have been implemented and as you may have seen, I had previously posted an awesome review of the property As background, my wife and I just returned from our 6th trip to Miraval - usually joined by another couple. It is a beautiful property, set with the Catalina Mountains in the background... More

I recently returned from a first-time stay at Miraval, where I met a friend for a girls' 4 night getaway. It was difficult to return to the real world! We had a standard room, which was quite nice, with extremely comfortable beds and luxurious pillow and sheets. The food was excellent and leans more towards healthy (but still delicious) choices.... Overall, it was a real pleasure to be at Miraval. The setting is gorgeous, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the spa is wonderful, the activities/classes are varied. I gave it an excellent rating because it is such a wonderful place to be. I have some small complaints that keep it from being perfect, but I... More

I spent 3 days at Miraval after a particularly difficult breakup and it was just what I needed. 3 days, however, wasn't nearly long enough. After discussing it with friends, I'd recommend a minimum of 4 nights. It takes about a day to get oriented and there were so many things to do, I nearly stressed myself out trying to... More
