My daughters and I were only in Tucson for 1 night and chose the Adobe Rose over a motel. So glad we did! We had 4 in the king suite and had plenty of room. Jim and Marian are so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious; especially the raspberry coffee cake --yum so good. We enjoyed breakfasting with the... More

Enjoyed several great days at Adobe Rose Inn, a lovely southwest B&B in the heart of the Sam Hughes Historic District where we could walk to the University of Arizona and the Sun Link trolley. Gourmet breakfast, pool , romantic private hot tub beneath orange tree with Italian lights. Excellent new friends to meet at breakfast table & hosts, Jim... More

The Adobe Rose Inn is a great place to stay in Tucson. The location is perfect, especially if you want to just walk in to the University. The breakfasts are amazing and Marion and Jim are the perfect hosts. My room had a very comfortable bed, full bathroom, and all the amenities I needed. The house is a beautiful adobe... More

Jim and Marion were wonderful, always helpful hosts; the food was delicious and tailored to individual nutritional preferences; the property was attractive, functional and well kept; the rooms were comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and functional. We would go back and would recommend it to our friends in a heartbeat.

Really great----lovely people, good breakfast, nice room----loved the historic neighborhood---good access to major roadways----owners very gracious and helpful----saw a part of Tucson not available with a typical hotel/motel stay----plan to stay again next time we're in Tucson.

Jim and Marion are wonderful hosts and very helpful in recommending places to visit, restaurants to eat at and providing directions to various locations in Tucson. The Adobe Rose Inn is located in Sam Hughes neighborhood which is recognized as a National Historic District. The neighborhood is made up of bungalows from the 1930s. The inn is located very close... Our first trip to Tucson left a lasting, positive impression. We feel fortunate to have chosen such a great B & B for our week-long stay. Jim and Marion tend to every detail, including fantastic and varied breakfasts, without appearing to be hurried or stressed. They made us feel welcome, and they are genuinely interesting people with great life stories... More

I do not even know where to start with the compliments on Adobe Rose Inn. They think of every detail to make you comfortable. The rooms are cozy and the conversation is lively. The breakfast is DELISH!!! One small detail that I've not seen anywhere (and appreciate as a woman) is that they provide black washcloths specifically for taking off... More

I've stayed with Jim and Marion a number of times, each an excellent experience. Comfortable, inviting rooms, excellent breakfast, and wonderful conversation, both with the hosts and with other guests, a varied and convivial bunch. Also an easy walk to the University of Arizona.

Picked this little gem of a B & B from reviews on Tripadvisor, to add 3 nights extra onto our main 2 week stay in Arizona. We were very comfortable in our room which was just a short stroll through the beautiful flower filled garden to the main part of the house where breakfast was served in the morning. Marions'...
