Our first trip to Tucson left a lasting, positive impression. We feel fortunate to have chosen such a great B & B for our week-long stay. Jim and Marion tend to every detail, including fantastic and varied breakfasts, without appearing to be hurried or stressed. They made us feel welcome, and they are genuinely interesting people with great life stories... More

I do not even know where to start with the compliments on Adobe Rose Inn. They think of every detail to make you comfortable. The rooms are cozy and the conversation is lively. The breakfast is DELISH!!! One small detail that I've not seen anywhere (and appreciate as a woman) is that they provide black washcloths specifically for taking off... More

I've stayed with Jim and Marion a number of times, each an excellent experience. Comfortable, inviting rooms, excellent breakfast, and wonderful conversation, both with the hosts and with other guests, a varied and convivial bunch. Also an easy walk to the University of Arizona.

Picked this little gem of a B & B from reviews on Tripadvisor, to add 3 nights extra onto our main 2 week stay in Arizona. We were very comfortable in our room which was just a short stroll through the beautiful flower filled garden to the main part of the house where breakfast was served in the morning. Marions'... We had SUCH a perfect time at the Adobe Rose Inn! Absolutely EVERYTHING was great....but, especially the 'personalized' breakfasts! We truly felt at home in this special house in a historic neighborhood near the University of Arizona campus. Also, it was within walking distance to the public transportation to find great restaurants and shopping!

When we travel to Tucson, we always stay at the Adobe Rose Inn. This wonderful bed and breakfast is close to the University of Arizona campus. You can walk a few blocks to the Sun Link Streetcar that takes you to Tucson’s most unique districts with route stops at restaurants, shopping areas, arts and culture venues and even the downtown... Where to start? The owner Jim (his wife was not there that weekend) was incredibly friendly and helpful. After a very warm reception, he printed out directions for good places to eat and gave some great recommendations (also direction where I could go shopping for stuff for the pool!!!). My room was directly at the pool (with a private entrance).... More

We stayed at the property for only one night. The property is very close to the UoA campus and the owners are very thorough and welcoming. The service was absolutely 5 star. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. But it is kind of out-of-date and need some updating/remodeling.

We stayed here over Valentine's weekend and I'm so glad I discovered this gem. Jim & Marion are wonderful and gracious hosts and were able to accommodate our extremely late check-in which I so appreciated. Breakfast on Valentine's was delicious and presented beautifully, I wish I had taken a picture. We had strawberries and cream, cornbread heart-shaped waffles, bacon, and... More

I had a lovely stay at the Adobe Rose Inn. Jim and Marion were completely flexible with my late check-in. The room was cozy with a small en suite. The whole Inn is filled with local art and furniture to suit the 1930s style of building. The three course breakfast! was unexpected and fantastic - all fresh and local cooked... More
