Rooms are clean, yet spare. Our room was huge. We had wonderful views from our room and watched the seals feed just off shore in the morning. Lubec is literally located at the easternmost part of the US, way downeast Maine. Cohill's Inn is a modest and comfortable spot to stay. Excellent views on the channel side. Yes, there are street lamps right outside some windows, but I had no problem, as my windowshade blocked out the light from the lamp.
