Recently,my girlfriend and I stayed at this friendly motel in a nice, comfortable room.Heather and Glen helped make our stay very pleasant. They steered us to delightful Campobello Island and the Quoddy State Park near Lubec. The breakfast in this motel was quite good in a community(Lubec) where the price for good restaurant meals is very high.

This motel is owned privately by a couple, Heather and Glen, who were helpful, gracious, and friendly. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable and the big window opened for fresh air, which was pleasant during the night at the end of May. The room lacked some outlets, so more would have been appreciated. That said, the price was great.... More

We chose this motel for a 2 night stay in Lubec for our adult party of three. We had originally made a reservation for 2 rooms, but when we arrived, found one room was comfortable for all of us. The owners graciously agreed to try and rent the other room and did so. The owners are very helpful with recommendations... More

I walked in and said "cute" aloud though I was alone. This was 1/2 the price of the other hotels I stayed at during my trip. No ice machine but the desk girl she could get me a bag if I needed. No smell and clean. I had no complaints. I would def stay here again.

This place is excellent place to stay for those on a budget. Clear room, great location near Lubec. Good coffee and muffins in the morning. Don't expect luxury, but you're not paying luxury prices Great choice for a clean room with a good bed at a great price for the area.

I just returned from Campobello and Lubec Maine. My father and I stayed at the Eastland Motel. We were very tired after a long drive and after touring Campobello. The Eastland Motel was very clean, quiet and the mattresses were great! The staff was also very nice. It was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this motel. The owners try... More

Nice, clean and amazingly friendly place to stay while in Lubec, Maine. Owners and staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate us during our stay. They great great tips on what to do and where to eat. Made the stay relaxing and "homey." And great homemade muffins for breakfast. Thanks, everyone.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights while traveling throughout the area. The pictures portrayed online do little justice to the age of the orange-speckled carpet, and in one particular room, number nine, the ripe smell of alcohol and cigarettes. The motel has been partially updated to a two star standard, but I would not recommend an extended stay... More

On a motorcycle trip to Canada and the New England states, my friend and I did not have motel reservations on a busy Saturday night. We were tired! Upon stopping at the neat Eastland Motel in Lubec,ME, we were told that hotels were booked in cities up to an hour away. While knowing this, the owner called several motels in... More

We stayed at the Eastland Motel primarily because they are pet friendly. Upon arrival we were pleased by a friendly and helpful staff. They gave terrific restaurant recommendations. The breakfast they provided was simple, but delicious. Homemade blueberry and raspberry muffins, juice, fruit, yogurt and coffee. The rooms were simple and yet spacious and clean. The motel was a great... More
