I just returned from Campobello and Lubec Maine. My father and I stayed at the Eastland Motel. We were very tired after a long drive and after touring Campobello. The Eastland Motel was very clean, quiet and the mattresses were great! The staff was also very nice. It was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this motel. The owners try... More

Nice, clean and amazingly friendly place to stay while in Lubec, Maine. Owners and staff were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate us during our stay. They great great tips on what to do and where to eat. Made the stay relaxing and "homey." And great homemade muffins for breakfast. Thanks, everyone.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights while traveling throughout the area. The pictures portrayed online do little justice to the age of the orange-speckled carpet, and in one particular room, number nine, the ripe smell of alcohol and cigarettes. The motel has been partially updated to a two star standard, but I would not recommend an extended stay... More

On a motorcycle trip to Canada and the New England states, my friend and I did not have motel reservations on a busy Saturday night. We were tired! Upon stopping at the neat Eastland Motel in Lubec,ME, we were told that hotels were booked in cities up to an hour away. While knowing this, the owner called several motels in... More

We stayed at the Eastland Motel primarily because they are pet friendly. Upon arrival we were pleased by a friendly and helpful staff. They gave terrific restaurant recommendations. The breakfast they provided was simple, but delicious. Homemade blueberry and raspberry muffins, juice, fruit, yogurt and coffee. The rooms were simple and yet spacious and clean. The motel was a great... More

We were here two years ago, but did not stay in a newly renovated room. This time we did. it was a good sized room with two double beds (one had a firm mattress and one had a softer mattress). it was a very comfortable room with a refrigerator that kept our cans of soda nice and cold without freezing... Just stayed for two nights and thought it was well worth the reasonable rates. Clean, remarkably quiet while on a main road. Owners bought about four years ago and are constantly upgrading and updating. Fast Internet. Best part was the fabulous muffins the owner Heather makes.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The owners are very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. The motel is in the process of being renovated but the rooms (we had 4 for our group) are all clean and comfortable. The added bonus (which I was not expecting) were the excellent home baked muffins. These were delicious and served... More

I did not stay here because the motel was full but the people there called the Water Street Inn and got me a room and sent me on my way with a delicious muffin. Couldn't have been nicer. And the muffin was great,

We stayed 2 nights on our way to New Brunswick. They are in process of sprucing it up as well as recovering from Arthur. Was concerned because it was outside of town but it turned out to be a good value. Amenities included a full size coffee pot refrigerator and microwave and a gracious and helpful owner. Lots of people... More

We are still trying to clean up after Hurricane Arthur! Thanks for understanding. ; ) And thanks for appreciating Glen's gourmet coffee. We finish a pot before the guests arrive for breakfast. And, luckily, The Eastland Motel has always had guests who appreciate the need for a peaceful stay. More
