The Inn at the Wharf has some new buildings adjacent that are 3 house-like buildings with a few units in each. All have generous decks and an ocean view. Very nice and reasonable too. The rest of the town is walk-able from the Inn and the ocean view is awesome.

We rented a two bedroom apt. It was very large and well equipped. We had a great balcony - although it was a little fishy smelling when the tide was out. Views were great of the harbor. Spacious master bedroom, kitchen and living area with two bedrooms and two big bathrooms. One bedroom had twin beds. Restaurant on site. Close... More

The room was adequate and clean. The view was interesting with the wharf directly under my window and the Bay of Fundy out further. I would have liked one of the other rooms that would have showed Campobello Island in the distance. The restaurant was good and served a nice lobster dinner at a reasonable price. However, I was disappointed... More

A friend and I shared a two bedroom apartment in early October. It was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had a small private deck overlooking the water. We especially enjoyed having a washer / dryer within the apartment. We paid $150 a night and were delighted to be there. Lubec is a small, cute seaport town. The... More

Imaginatively refurbished cannery now inn with pleasant amenities and very clean. The walls and ceiling seemed to reflect sound, however and you could hear the neighbors in the room next door. Nice communal kitchen and asher and dryer available. Though I only had a beer in the restaurant it had a pleasant vibe and seafood menu.

We rented an apartment at The Inn at the Wharf. The apartment was nice and spacious with a cute balcony overlooking the water. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunset. I was concerned because other reviewers mentioned the smell of sardines in this historic sardine factory, however we did not notice any unpleasant odors. The rooms were clean and the... More

I am a handicapped person (MS). I have a power wheelchair for travel (when I can work up the courage to travel) in which I also sleep and which I transport in a large van with a side accessible lift. My wife and I just completed a 2 night stay at THE INN ON THE WHARF. The website was intriguing... More

This place is a real find. It is not expensive, rooms are huge, the view is terrific, it's super clean and the bed is comfortable. Some reviewers complained of noise and a fishy odor. Since this is a working harbor, I would certainly expect noise, but truly it wasn't bad at all. There is a fishy smell, but I didn't... More

We stayed three days in this hotel. It was a great place to watch boats come into the wharf from our room and had very good seafood restaurant which served three meals daily. The room was small, solidly built concrete building which had formerly been used as a factory. We spent the first two days in a separate house with... More

We had dinner on the deck on a gorgeous evening-the lobsters were just being brought into the restaurant-the lobster dinner was so delicious and at an extremely reasonable price-our waitress was so friendly-the atmosphere was so relaxing-so streamers for an appetizer, lobster dinner and fried clam dinner, Shipyard Pumpkin Ale, what could be better!!!!!
