Stayed for almost a week while performing concerts in the area. It;'s an excellent hotel, with very comfortable rooms and located close to most things in town. Like many Westins it is attached to a large shopping mall. The gym is an excellent facility, but the swimming pool is over-chlorinated. I'd happily stay here again. more

Very nice hotel. Great location and pool. Had an issue with air conditioner and made the operations manager aware. The manager was very professional and corrected the issue in a timely and fair manner. I highly recommend this hotel. more

We spent Saturday night at the Westin this past weekend. The hotel is located with a covered walkway to the adjacent Mall if you are looking to shop. Great hotel in terms of comfort and amenities. Would have liked to have cheaper parking ($26/night for valet, $18 self park), and a better room service menu (VERY weak--only late night burgers and sandwiches...no entrees). Great location to shopping and restaurants...will stay again. more

The Westin is located next door to and connected with the Providence Convention Center and Providence Place Mall. We were in this hotel for only about 12 hrs; we didn't check in until 9pm on a Saturday night. The front desk kindly asked if we wanted a high or low floor; we opted for high. Very nice rooms, giant hotel in a central location. You have to pay $18 for parking or park at a meter on the street which isn't great. You can get it cheap on priceline.com more
