I saw pictures of this hotel on the web, and was impressed but was blown away when we arrived. The rooms were very clean, great location-close to everything (shopping mall, highway, restaurants etc). Very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Questionable that this is a top rate property for any city. Room service while offered did not get any response. Elevators are rough and children running in the halls at night...Coffee shop needs an update, very slow on service, limited menu

You are paying for the location of this hotel. Staff is friendly just do not go out of there way for you as expected from a Omni hotel. The hallways were cold. So cold you needed a jacket. Rooms were nice. TV were very small and seemed lost on the wall. Very expensive for hotel guests to valet park. Centro... More

The Omni Hotel Providence is by far the nicest hotel in Providence with a wonderful staff and a fantastic location. The recent renovations are beautiful and have really given the lobby and the event space a lovely face lift. The Omni Hotel Providence is my home away from home!!!

This was our first trip to this location. It was special because it was our 1st Valentine's Day away from home. When we arrived, we parked in the garage adjacent to the hotel. It was good because we did not need to go outside. We were warmly greeted and directed to our room. The room had a spacious bed and... More

We had a fabulous stay at the Omni Providence this past weekend. We arrived a little early, but they held on to our bags while we got a drink in the lounge, and the room was ready in minutes. The staff were friendly and professional and the hotel was clean and had great amenities. Our 10th floor room was large... More

1 night stay with my wife and kids. Super friendly staff checked us in and gave us a great view of the State House. We stayed on the 22nd floor, very quiet. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Connecting bridge to the Providence mall is great. Plenty places within walking distance.

We arrived early about 1 hour before check in and got right in. The front desk clerk was not overly welcoming but was quick and gave kids backpacks which were great. Hallways in hotel were very cold. Room was clean and tidy. House cleaning cart was in hallway with dirty linens all night and day which was kind of strange... More

Thank you for making my business trip experience exceptional. The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. I was not happy to be travelling during a cold time but this experience was good.

Fantastic location for anything going on at the Convention Center or Dunkin Donuts Center. Both the CC and arena are connected via skybridge to the hotel, as is Providence Place (a huge mall). An easy walk to the State House, a short drive to Brown University. Staff was great- very knowledgeable about restaurant recommendations, events, etc. Valet parking was $28... More
