What a great landmark in Providence. The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are sapcious and very comfortable. The staff is the frendliest ever. The hotel is located minutes away from all that is worthwhile to visit. A must visit when in Providence.

We booked the Providence Biltmore for a 2 day job meeting in October and we were thrilled with our choice. The service and professionalism shown to our group by Mary Johnson(Manager) and her staff was a far cry from the terrible experience we had with the Lord Baltimore in Maryland. This Historic hotel had just the right touch of Historic... More

Stayed here for a weekend night in November; Never seen a room with two King beds before which was impressive by itself. The hotel has the old world charm as well as other things which come with old world like extremely slow elevators....looked tired and a little ghostly...and yes; somehow lawn mowers and construction workers were in full flight at... Just walking into the Biltmore in Providence is enough to send you back to another era. From the magnificent lobby to the grand staircase you are transported to a time when hotels meant luxury. The staff greet you with warmth and graciousness telling stories of a bygone time. The Biltmore is at the same time the oldest hotel in Providence... More

The hotel was clean and all staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. The beds were super comfy, and the hotel's location was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. I would definitely recommend the Providence Biltmore to anyone looking for accommodations in Providence!

This hotel used to be elegant and the place to stay but now it is run down and no one at the property seems to know what they are doing. Room service is a joke - sometimes you get utensils sometimes you don't and the restaurant downstairs (Mccormick and Schmidts?) is usually one of my favorites but this one was... More

Beautiful hotel, comfy accommodations. Phenomenal staff. Great city access. It could be a little loud with the parking garage in the back but, you are in the heart of the city. Loved it. Wouldn't change a thing

I stayed in a Presidential Suite for my bday. Room 1444 to be exact. I was upgraded and that was awesome. If you are looking to splurge it is TOTALLY worth it. Great amenities, super comfortable bed, great furnishings and a very functional small kitchen. I was very impressed with the bathrooms, very high end. The larger suites such as... More

Stayed here (finally!) for the 1st time and wish I was staying longer. I knew this was going to be a great stay immediately upon arriving given the lobby was very tastefully decorated for the holidays and the lights, trees all around the classical architectural finishes and moldings and columns and capitals was incredibly beautiful. This classic hotel beauty is... More

Wonderful property centrally located. Nearby parking options for various dollar amounts. Nicely decorated for the holidays and a very reasonable price for this time of year. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No real need for a car as many shops, restaurants, skating rink, etc. are all within a very close proximity or a short 5-10 minute stroll away. A... More
