I stayed at the Biltmore with my boyfriend , we were attending a wedding there. I am a travel agent and always love to check out new hotels to recomemed, I have never had a hotel treat me as basly as this hotel did. The wedding party its self was disapointed with the lack of customer service. If you want... more

Dear guest, I recently read your Trip Advisor review regarding your stay at the Biltmore. In response I am disappointed in these comments since we have had specific communication on 3 separate phone calls regarding your stay. You clearly indicated in our conversations that your stay was wonderful, staff was exemplary, and the wedding you attended was fantastic. It is...

This hotel is situated in a great spot, near the downtown attractions and Riverwalk. I found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. The best thing however, was the Grand Suite. Great value for the money and every convenience thought of. Beautiful bath with soaking tub and separate walk in shower. Very impressed with the attention to detail. Thank... more

We had the great "foresight" to stay at the Providence Biltmore at the suggestion of a friend who has made it an annual destination. On the East Coast for a college trip, my son and I found the accomodations to be excellent and the staff went out of our their way to be helpful. We also took advantage of a... more

I want to thank the general manager, Mr. Michael Allen for the excellent service and attention that was paid to our group during our recent Seminar (June 23-25, 2008). I was the onsite support for the Customs and Border Protection’s Seminar, and the Biltmore staff made my job much easier with their attention to detail and personal care. Every employee... more

We stayed at the Providence Biltmore this last saturday (6/28). My wife and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and I wanted to book a romantic room for the night. I ended up going with one of the newly renovated Grand Suites on the 15th floor. The room was absolutely perfect. I would say it is roughly 500 square... more

I think 'The Biltmore' Rhode Island needs to either refurbish in proper 1920s style (when it was built) or forget it and completely modernise to bring itself up in to the 21st century. All the staff are great, helpful and reliable. The restaurant meal and the banquet meal were wonderful, as was the service. There is a charge for valet... more

My wife and I have stayed here twice before with good experiences (as part of a large group who selected the hotel at a group rate) and we looked forward to this visit. Sadly we had a much worse experience this time. There were unusually long waits at both the valet and front desk, and when we finally got our... more

The Biltmore is a historic landmark in Providence and I have fond memories of staying here during college for formal dances and dinners. I've grown since then and have a greater appreciation for service, cleanliness and well done renovations. The Biltmore continues to renovate by painting over peeling paint. The ceilings are molding and the elevators are hardly working. We... more

Got to Providence after flying from Los Angeles to Boston, then rented a car for the drive. Arrived during a festival with street closures. The closed streets surrounded the hotel. We were on the phone for about an hour and a half. I am not exaggerating on this. Getting wrong directions. Being told to turn down streets that were blocked.... more
