We stayed at this hotel and our experience was one we will never forget. Our room was disappointing even though it was considered an "upgrade". That evening it was cold and there was no heat available since they had switched the system over to the a/c. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket that never arrived, and there was... more

May be a beautiful hotel, but make sure you get confirmation and be very very clear. If they have a conference going on they just might lose your reservation, and then not be very nice about it. Which is exactly what happened to me. Manager did not want to do anything about it. more

Tries to hang on to old grandeur but falls flat. Rooms are not well kept at all. Wallpaper coming off of walls in bathroom, mildewy odor, old but no longer "elegant." No free internet service in rooms; not even a free cup of coffee available downstairs let alone a "Hampton breakfast." Service and staff very nice. more

This hotel was in a great location - within walking distance to everything. The bed was really comfortable. We were in room 1205 which had a great view of the city. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bathroom was a little small. Everything was very clean with the exception of the lamp and the one wall looked like... more

Let me begin by saying I have traveled weekly for business for 20 years. When I observe that a hotel is not up to par with what it should be, I am very experienced and sincere in my comments here - it is not a little issue blown into a big one. Our stay was so bad, I will be... more

I got married here one unusually hot day in April. I give the Biltmore one star for the beautiful space where we had the wedding and another star for getting the food out promptly and having staff around to help out. The negative: The "discount" group rate they gave us on the rooms was higher than the normal rate and... more

Stayed there and was wonderful. The room was great with beds so thick and high you nearly had to take a flying leap to get on it. There was an oversized chair in the room that i wanted to take home if i had the room. Was a good distance to things and plan to visit again. Had pizza the... more

I have never written a review, but feel compelled to do so following a stay at this disgrace of a property. Up on arrival, I waited in a line of traffic 20 minutes for a valet to take the car. He eventually came down the block to greet me in the pouring rain, handed me a ticket and left me... more

I am not a picky hotel person - give me a quiet room, a clean bathroom and some air flow and I am good to go. My stay at the Biltmore Hotel was the first time I have ever been unable to sleep because of the accommodations. Right off the bat – the water pressure was nonexistent! The water was... more
