I stayed this past week for a few days and I thought the rooms were a bit small. I hated that they didn't have free internet only in the Lobby and Sarbucks. Bathrooms were great they needed mouthwash. It was a little disturbing that you can hear the elevator, ice machine, and doors closing during the night. I went to... more

Great hotel and rooms....really liked the bed and towels. Sad that Hilton does not put mouthwash in rooms anymore. DSL was not free either. Rooms great and updated. Great comfortable bed. Only thing was had a corner room and no desk/work area was provided. Workout room was great for a quick work out!! Was worn out so had a club... more

Previous reviews had dammed this hotel - however we found it to be refurbished at an excellent standard and very modern. Rooms well equipped and very comfortable. Short walk to downtown for bars/restaurants. Hotel staff all very helpful Starbucks in basement - ideal for breakfast more

My husband and I decided to do a quick overnight "get away" to Providence. The pics of the hotel looked great online and seemed quite central ... When we got to the hotel everything went allong smooth, the front desk staff seemed friendly but the Valets seemed to be a bit arrogant. Our room was exactly as pictured, very clean... more

The Hilton Providence is a really great hotel. We walked in and the staff was really friendly and greated us. we were in room 1224 a really great room. we overlooked everthing. we went to the Bruins game. That was our main purpose of going. The pool is great small but nice and clean. The Staff was the best. And... more

Just got back from a weekend in Providence and stayed at the Hilton Providence. This hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn and is located right next to the Dunkin Donuts Center and two blocks away from Federal Hill (the "Little Italy" section of Baltimore). The hotel itself is very nice. Very clean, recently renovated. There is a very trendy looking... more

We booked this room as a weekend getaway when priceline accepted our bid. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the room and sat on the bed. That bed was so comfortable we didn't want to go anywhere, which is unusual for us. We ordered a pizza and took a nap. It was great. The hotel seemed newly renovated,... more

Stayed for 4 days on business, hotel is not on the airport shuttle route (I over pack so the three block walk from the Westin was harrowing). Check in was smooth. Hallways had a musky odor, ice and vending switch floors (every other, one has vending, next has ice), but I assumed this was because of the renovation. Room was... more

Stayed here Thanksgiving weekend for family wedding, with my kids. Hotel is nice, attractive, but not great for traveling with kids. Arrived Thanksg nite, but restaurant closed at 8 pm, and there's really no place nearby to get kid-friendly food. (We should have thought of that earlier!) My husband and older son were so famished they finally ordered 2 snacks... more
