There is a parking garage located adjacent to the hotel that is owned an operated by a separate company, but we are fortunate that they provide valet and self parking for our hotel... More

From the bellmen to the housekeeping staff everybody was very guest oriented and helpful. When I realized that my severe asthma was being aggravated by the "weird smell" in my room that ended up being cigarette smoke, my room was immediately switched and I was able to breathe easier. Our Hilton was at the base of Federal Hill which is the Italian section of Providence and was in walking distance for all the wonderful Italian specialty shops and restaurants. The Hilton was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Due to a recent work related meeting at Rhode Island Hospital, I recently stayed at the Hilton Providence. The hotel was only 1 mile from the hospital. Very convenient. This Hotel was great. Stayed at the Hilton Providence for family sporting event at Brown University. Rooms as well as much of the hotel in need of upgrade. Pool area was especially disappointing as we had many kids staying there for the game. Not up to Hilton quality in my opinion.

I stayed here a few weeks ago for one night. Great hotel in providence. It literally shares a wall with the Dunkin Donuts center and is within a 5 mins walk from the Providence Place Mall.
