This hotel has beautiful rooms for a decent price and is close by to the Brown University campus. The positives end there, unfortunately. The staff is quite incompetent and clearly has no forms of communication with each other. The hotel is isolated between Interstate 195 and an off-ramp. There's only a warehouse next door. The off-ramp is under major reconstruction so on one side of the hotel you have 8 lanes of traffic and on the other side you have an off-ramp and construction zone. This hotel offers zero ammenities and some of the rudest staff that I have come across nationwide. there is virtually no food available after 10pm, and the food that you can get during the day is similar to a school cafeteria.
