This is an overpriced piece. No elevators, so hope your on the first floor. It cost twenty dollars extra to park your vehicle, that you have to drive two blocks away. Do not waste your time or money...

We are discouraged to learn of your less than stellar experience at the Hotel. We pride ourselves on providing thoughtful and highly personalized service in all areas. We do offer valet parking for all of our guest, meaning that we personally, will park and bring your car at all times. Rest assured we here on property are taking every step... More

I stayed here in mid-September, 2013. Room definitely needed an update, painting and all-around cleaning. Shower head was old, as was bathtub. Permanent blow dryer was from the 70s, and in desperate need of an upgrade. There was a funny smell, similar to overpowering air fresheners, throughout the hotel. While the location was ideal, I would not stay here again,... More

My husband and I have stayed here on two different occasions for a total of 5 nights. For the price we paid, it was a great location and great room quality. (I should note that we saw rooms there listed at higher prices than we paid, so it might be worth bargaining since the hotel web site encourages you to... More

Loved staying here and walking to all of the great bars and restaurants on Federal Hill. We barely used our car at all the entire 3 days and when we did the valet (who is also the front desk clerk) quickly retrieved our car. We reserved a 1 bedroom and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a fireplace, which... More

We stayed here for two nights earlier this week. We really enjoyed the location as there were restaurants every two steps in this Little Italy part of town (Federal Hill). People here seem pretty friendly. My favorite was the Constantino deli just a few doors over as they had ready-made food items that was delicious. Because it was already November,... More

Hotel did not have good service. We had to wait in the lobby in the beginng for 10 minutes until someone showed up. There is a club directly across and loud music played all night. I would definitly not reccomend this hotel to anyone

We booked this hotel because it had a kitchen, but although it was clean, it was the most depressing place to stay. Although it's a smoke free environment, the whole suite smelled of cigarettes. The TV 's were so small you had to sit on a chair directly in front to see anything. The kitchen had one pot that was... More

We visited this hotel for our one night visit to Providence. The location was excellent. The check-in was disorganized, but not too bad. Parking was an issue and having t carry two heavy suitcases up a flight and a half of stairs was not wonderful. Paying $20 for parking was acceptable, but when I got my car back, the seat... More

The hotel faces a lively plaza, filled with restaurants, outdoor seating and live entertainment in the summer months. The surrounding Federal Hill area also has great restaurant choices, and there's a convenient bus to downtown Providence for attractions such as Water Fire. The hotel itself is pretty nice, but little things made for some small annoyances. These included a very... More

I agree with most of the reviewers on this hotel. Overall, the location and staff are wonderful. I stayed here on my last trip to Providence when I went up there house hunting. You can't drive directly into the plaza, despite what my GPS would tell you, so the $20/night parking fee is a tough one to swallow unless you... More
