Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Clean, quiet and the friendliest and most attentive hotel staff we have ever encountered. Pleasantly surprised. From check in to check out and everything in between we could not have been happier with our experience.

We love the location, it is right next to some of the best resturants. It is also across the street from the mall where Dave and Busters is located. They took out the swimming pool but the hotel, staff and service was great.

This property has a much better location than the Marriott. You can walk to all the main attractions near the river and Brown University. There a lots of restaurants in the area, as well as Providence Place shopping. It has the "standard" Bistro restaurant downstairs with a very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

This Marriott Courtyard is not the standard, cookie-cutter Courtyard. The exterior of the building is quite attractive, and the location is at an upscale setting in Providence, with a half dozen excellent restaurants within a block of the hotel. The staff members of the hotel were courteous and informative. The room was very clean, and the lobby area was both... More

I liked the location of the hotel and like Marriott Hotels. The staff was friendly, the hotel was close to a lot of attractions and the room was clean. The only disappointment was the bathroom. The title was cracked in several places, the grout was dirty and the tub facet leaked. I dropped off a comment card while we we... More

Thank you for taking the time to express your feedback. I want to apologize for no one getting back to you during your stay. I will certainly follow up with the staff to see where your comment card went so we can go into the room you were in and fix the problems. This is an isolated incident and I... More

Pros: • Heart of downtown, much to eat and enjoy within walking distance • Very comfortable u-shaped sofa which beats may hotel beds • Tranquil room décor Cons: • Breakfast not included • Typical downtown parking fee $26 overnight In Providence for the half-marathon, the Courtyard could not have been more convenient. It was not only steps from the starting... More

Stayed for the weekend of 6/12 for a bachelorette party. We had a corner room on the 2nd floor which was very spacious and had a great view of the city as well as water fire. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only negative thing I can say is that the parking situation was a bit confusing. Also... More

Spent two nights at the Courtyard Marriott with my two teenage sons. I asked for a room with two queens and a roll-a-way bed. I received a beautiful spacious room. When we checked in our room was ready and the cot and extra towels were waiting for us. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd forgotten to... More

I wanted to like this hotel more but there were too many inconveniences. The rooms were nice and clean. The lobby was huge. The location is very central in Providence near the major destination points and restaurants. However, the hotel entrance was a bit difficult to navigate. You have to walk through the congested entrance drive and there are no... More

Thank you for your review of our property. I am sorry to hear that you had a difficult time at our main entrance and with the HVAC system. We would have been happy to move your room and or had engineering take a look at the systme while you were enjoying Providence. If you could let me know what room... More

We stayed at the Marriott the night before going on a cruise with American Cruise lines, it was very, very good. We had 2 excellent meals in the Bluefin Grille. The service was outstanding, and for a center city location the room was nice and quiet.
