This is a great base from which to explore the Rocky Mountain National Park. We stayed for eight nights in October and were pleasantly surprised. The manager Josh and staff were extremely cheerful and helpful. The rooms and facilities were well equipped and maintained. There are even trout to be caught in the Fall River which flows past the rooms.... More

We were floored at our view and the room. Everything was so clean. Small issue when booking manger called and woke us up. Mistook dead asleep for rudeness ,was very short and hung up on us. We called back and he was extremely helpful after realizing we were day sleepers. The hot tub when we came off a long day... More

Overall I was really happy with this place. I loved the location in between the Fall River Entrance and Estes Park. Although we were seldom in the room (upper level 9), it was a nice room with a balcony overlooking a creek (with the highway beyond the trees), a wood burning stove, a kitchenette and a big closet. The bed... More

We really enjoyed the Riverside cabin with loft area, pull out sofa in living room, and bedroom with the bathroom next to it. Kitchen was quaint and worked well and the cabin was set in quiet surroundings. The hot tub outside worked well too.

We stayed first in the spacious suites then a two bedroom cabin. The accommodations are nice, the location perfect, and the hospitality superb. I think Josh would go to any length to please guests. I have stayed in three Estes Park inns. I would now stay nowhere else.

I loved hearing the stream right outside our room. If the weather had been nicer I would have enjoyed sitting on the patio which overlooked it. The room itself, which had a Murphy bed, was fine, clean except for a "big foot" stain on the carpet, and comfortable. We were only a few miles from RMNP which was very convenient.... More

This may be an okay place to stay if no issue arises. If you have any dissatisfaction whatsoever be prepared for an angry rant by the manager Josh. When confronted by a dissatisfaction on our part, he immediately turned into an angry ranting fool, stomping around, creating a scene and turning this stay into a very troubling experience. He would... More

Halfway between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, this motel sits on the lovely Fall River. Our room #10 was updated, with a modern bathroom. Studio kitchen was not too convenient for cooking, but it does have a short refrigerator, two burners and a microwave. There was a fun, freestanding wood-burning fireplace and a balcony over the river. Fall... More

Very conviently located between town and park, just a few minutes to get to either one. Beautiful surroundings. The creek runs right next to it, right under the balconies. So nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the water and the wind in the trees! The price is very reasonable for that location. I would stay here again.
