Disappointed in the pool area. Too many people and it was sloppy. We worked out in the gym. Remote didn't work on tv and some of the equipment has seen better days. With this being said, I would still stay there because the employees were super nice and very friendly and the location was good

When I checked in they could not find my reservation due to a missed spelled last name, and treated me so badly I should have walked out when they acted like it was my fault, so I was placed in the worse possible room (view of the roof). I then requested a refrigerator for an extra fee, and she asked... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that a mispelling caused anguish at check in. It can frustrate a normally easy process. We don't have any rooms that we sell as "views" as we know we do not offer pristine views, however, some sort of scenery is available from every window. Pristine views are available at other locations in... More

Very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain Park. Get driving directions from the hotel, they sent us on the 70 because of all the construction for road repairs from the rain washouts, it supposedly saves you an hour or so. The hotel it self was fine, and quiet but the rooms were a little dated.. but what I expected... More

Our stay was amazing. The rooms were very clean and they provided more fresh towels than we could use. My favorite part about this place was the chef. After we ordered our food she came out to talk to us about our food. She added on to our order and individualized it so it was exactly was I was craving... More

A friend and I had stayed at this hotel for 2 days. This place was very nice, and always took the extra mile. The room was very clean. The hot tub was also very nice and relaxing. The food at the LONGZ Mountian Grille was fantastic. We had talked to the chef, and she customized our food at a great... More

The Rocy Mountain inn is perfect for Estes Park. The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms are basic, the service is decent, and you can not beat the price. They have a nice little bar attatched to the hotel and a pool and hot tub. Perfect for a family trip.

We made an impromptu trip to Estes Park to visit Rocky Mountain National Park overnight to see the Northern Lights. It was a last minute decision and I did not do much research. I was pleasantly surprised with this choice. It was the least expensive one I could find, so that can be a gamble. The location is perfect and... More

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean and warm. Overall it was worth the price that we paid for the hotel. The appliances were pretty old though. Since we booked through Priceline, we did not get a voucher towards the breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the last two nights of our 5day vacation to colorado and I have absolutely no complaints about it.
