Four words to define this hotel: dirty, smelly, and rude employees! Our family rented three separate rooms in RMPI for three nights. We wish that we could have gotten out of there after the first five minutes. When we first entered the hotel, we were told in an unfriendly and uncaring voice by the extremely disrespectful night employee that she... More

We recently stayed here and would not stay again. Although I understand that we stayed in peak season and prices are more than average around this time, this hotel is HUGELY overpriced for the service/stay. We were on the 4th floor and had absolutely NO wifi at all. Spoke to front desk and they said they would try to rebook... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Estes Park is in high season, however, our hotel is still priced 50-100% less than the other two full service hotels in town - and they don't offer air condioning in all of their rooms. We rarely have complaints about our wi-fi, but we do have... More

We recently stayed at the Rocky Mountain Park Inn and in our room (along with my sister's adjacent room) the floors were filthy. If you walked around barefoot your feet turned black from the dirty carpet. We had to have our children wear their shoes at all times. Socks would turn black - it was disgusting. My sister received vouchers... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We truly do offer a terrific location in Estes Park, just three blocks to downtown and even a free shuttle stops our front door twice an hour. I'm sorry about your carpeting. We shampoo weekly, but we would have been happy to shampoo your rooms upon request if you noticed it was wanting. Our... More

We stayed here last night. We had called the hotel and the clerk told us to book it on the internet because we could get the cheaper rate and a $20 breakfast coupon so we did. Not many hotels would do that. It was just wonderful, the room was so big and nice. The pool and hot tub was great.... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We're all very pleased that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay. Web direct bookings always include a free $20 breakfast credit, and our free afternoon wine and beer reception is the only one in town. We're typically priced 50-100% less than the other full service hotels in town, so proud of the... More

Although the decor is in need of updating ( I believe plans are already in place for this), we couldn't fault the service or the friendly, helpful staff. It was only the second motel we stayed in that took the trouble to ring our room to check that everything was to our liking. The room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious.... More

Stayed over the 4th of July. Great location, nice staff, but our suite had a sink that needed unclogging, food in buffet just average ( same breakfast menu in buffet everyday). Pool area was a little dirty but overall I would give it a c+. Air conditioner was VERY Loud.

Room was spacious and very clean, and location is good as well, just 5 minutes walking to town centre. We did enjoy our stay in there , there is so much to do in Estes Park and this hotel is a good base. Complimentary drinks as well 3-5pm during summer.

The hotel is definitely dated, but it was clean and had everything you would need. The location is very good - walking distance to the downtown area. The pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. We booked through the hotel's website and got a late check out and free breakfast.

The good is the location, cleanliness, and friendly, effective service. Plenty of parking. The desk person gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooms are nice enough and have everything you would expect and want. The beds are comfortable. The bad is the marginal breakfast for $10, the dingy hallways, and the exterior doors you use to enter the hotel don't... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the middle of June. Hotel exterior and rooms were dated. There was a picture of the colors/renovation plans that the hotel would be starting. However, room was nice, clean. Location was perfect! Within walking distance to downtown which was great because parking was very limited downtown. Was also very close to... More
