Mix up about date of reservation was encountered by a "couldn't care less" attitude from Reception. This attitude almost ruined our family get together for a family wedding in Estes Park. Considering there were only two days difference in arrangements, they were not willing to swap our prepaid booking money to our stay. We, therefore, had to pay again and... More

Got a good rate here during a high traffic period. Had a double room above the pool. The pool noise was annoying especially with a lot of activity right up to the pool closing time. Also, the room had a window A/C which drew outside air actually from the humid indoor pool which did not allow the room to get... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had low expectation based on prior reviews. There are not a lot of options for high-end hotels in Estes Park. However, we found the place to be quite comfortable. Location is a plus. It's within a walking distance to downtown, grocery store, and a short drive to RMNP. The hotel staffs... More

This place used to be a Holdiay Inn. It was apparently "slightly" refurbished and is now owned by another chain. They did accommodate me on a mixed up reservation but lack of anything else made for a poor stay. Apparently a booking through a family event does not qualify for the continental breakfast. I call that horsey hockey.Fool me once... More

I have stayed here twice. On both occasions the room has been clean, comfortable and quiet. The hallways look a bit worn and dates though. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The location is great- there have been elk roaming the grounds and parking lot.

the hotel was not the kind of the place I expected from the pictures I saw on web sites. the place was much more outdated than what it looked, but I guess it is ok for the price. they got a nice pool, but it was very deep, and not for little kids.

No small fridge/microwave. Toilet was clogged and did not work. Had to call maintenance. Ended up walking to lobby to use the bathroom for our stay only to find the lobby toilets filthy and un-flushed.

We had a terrible experience but the follow up has been worse! A bag of our children's shoes were taken or thrown away by the maid that serviced our room. This bag of shoes was taken on the 2nd to last day of our stay while we were out shopping in Estes Par. The front desk just handed me a number... More

We required four rooms for two nights, with 2 rooms connected so we could keep our eyes on the teenaged girls. Check-in was great; fast, and thet got our rooms exactly as we requested. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well maintained. The free happy hour was what we needed after our long drive. Soft drinks, ice tea and and... More

Having a round trip (two adults, one kid and a teenager) in the States of the Mid West staying in 13 different hotels this hotel rank as 12 out of the 13. Normally we book hotels directly. However for this trip the hotel rooms was booked through an agency ( Ring travel ) many in the category "run of house"... More
