Traveling with another couple to see the area 1 year after the 2013 flood. This hotel is very large and easily can have you turned around. Check in was easy and efficient. We asked for King rooms but ended up 2 full beds. The beds were adequate. Not the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. There were cobwebs in the... More

The room was very basic. There was nothing special about this place. We had to climb stairs to get to our room. No elevator. Kinda felt like we were at some sort of halfway house and being punished. I've never been to a halfway house either but I think this is what it would look like. We stayed only one... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We have many upgrades coming to our guest rooms next year which I'm sure you'll appreciate. We have just one floor accessible by a flight of stairs, but we always ask at check in if that's acceptable. You may request any room location or floor you'd prefer. We're able to accomodate most requests due... More

This was a return visit to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, CO.(My 50th year!) As I have written before I have stayed at this property many times and not always a pleasant experience (See my review May 27, 2013). This stay, however, was a pleasant one, as the management has significantly upped their game. The reception experience on... More

We wanted a decent hotel for a one night stay. Our main criteria were very clean room, hot showers, good bed, and decent towels & bedding. This hotel scored 3+ stars on each of those items. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a fairly new flat screen TV and a very good WiFi signal. In spite of a window... More

Making the reservation on their website saved us money and gave us a good breakfast each day included. The staff was friendy and ready for suggestions for hiking with the dog and directions to the nearby lake and dog park. The room was not luxurious but the bed was super comfortable and there was a lounge chair to sit and... More

Me and my wife took a Labor day weekend trip from Nebraska to Denver for a few nights then up to Estes Park. There is no out side lock to get into the hotel they were broken. Once in the hall you got a deffinate strong smell of chlorine from the pool but a moldy musty sent also. Our room... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you reserved a handicapped accessible room which has a very large restroom, however, all of our rooms offer a luggage bench. We'll be sure to scour those rooms for additional cleaning. I hope you'll visit us again next year and enjoy our many, many room updates coming this winter. Thank you... More

The location was great for Estes Park, CO. 2 minutes drive to downtown. The receptionist gave us great advice on where to eat and hike. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The room and hallway were a little old. Smelled a little stale. The pool and jacuzzi were nice.

My husband and I traveled to Estes Park, CO the week of August 11th. Our original plan was to camp but mother nature had a different plan so we booked this last minute - literally about an hour outside of town. I was hesitant after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that all 4 nights we spent there were... More

Rooms in Estes Park are of course high, and we got this off of Hotwire so it booked on price and not knowing which hotel. I still think the price was a too high even with the Hotwire deal. You can tell by the halls, elevator, and carpet it is a little dated. Still, it was clean and the beds... More

Unfortunately no fridge or safe deposit box in the room but other than that a decent room, nothing special. Good beds. Hertz Neverlost said it was a Holiday Inn hotel which is was not - tough to find with the navigation. Estes Park was a big surprise and is a very beautiful situated town. The free Silver Line shuttle bus... More
