Have to agree with other reviews, nothing fancy, but slept well and would stay here again. Pricing was reasonable compared to other area hotels. Ample parking was convenient. It is located beside a medi-clinic, so when you are traveling, that is not a bad thing. All rooms have internal hallway accesses, which we view as a safer choice than outside... More

We got a great deal at an online booking site and booked two rooms for one night for our extended family. The room decor is a little dated; no refrigerator but large flat screen TV and good wi-fi. There were two double beds in our room - one was very saggy so we slept on the other and it was... More

Nothing fancy here, and the decor could use some updating, but if you're looking for a good night's sleep in a clean and comfortable room, this conveniently located property is right for you. Regular rates are overpriced, but if you get in on a special, it's great.

First of all, Rocky Mountain National Park swept us away, so we loved everything we did and everywhere we went during our stay. We checked in late, so they gave us a an upgrade from two queens to a king bed and a comfy rollaway for our son. Large indoor pool and spa area. Downside - no breakfast (they have... More

I was hoping for something a little nicer when I booked online what was considered a 3 star hotel. I would say it was slightly nicer than your typical economy hotel, but not by much. We did enjoy or stay. no issues. We would stay here again.

Traveling with another couple to see the area 1 year after the 2013 flood. This hotel is very large and easily can have you turned around. Check in was easy and efficient. We asked for King rooms but ended up 2 full beds. The beds were adequate. Not the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. There were cobwebs in the... More

The room was very basic. There was nothing special about this place. We had to climb stairs to get to our room. No elevator. Kinda felt like we were at some sort of halfway house and being punished. I've never been to a halfway house either but I think this is what it would look like. We stayed only one... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We have many upgrades coming to our guest rooms next year which I'm sure you'll appreciate. We have just one floor accessible by a flight of stairs, but we always ask at check in if that's acceptable. You may request any room location or floor you'd prefer. We're able to accomodate most requests due... More

This was a return visit to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, CO.(My 50th year!) As I have written before I have stayed at this property many times and not always a pleasant experience (See my review May 27, 2013). This stay, however, was a pleasant one, as the management has significantly upped their game. The reception experience on... More

We wanted a decent hotel for a one night stay. Our main criteria were very clean room, hot showers, good bed, and decent towels & bedding. This hotel scored 3+ stars on each of those items. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a fairly new flat screen TV and a very good WiFi signal. In spite of a window... More

Making the reservation on their website saved us money and gave us a good breakfast each day included. The staff was friendy and ready for suggestions for hiking with the dog and directions to the nearby lake and dog park. The room was not luxurious but the bed was super comfortable and there was a lounge chair to sit and... More
