We have been coming to this hotel for years and we are excited to see the room improvements they have made. New carpet, new pictures, new bedding have all been added to the rooms. The staff has always been nice to us and the rooms are always clean, which is really important to me. The bathrooms need to be updated... More

The Rocky Mountain Park Inn apparently used to be a Holiday Inn. It felt like it on the inside - an enhanced pool area, nice lobby, and the amenities you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, but with the charm of a game lodge since it changed names We checked in quickly, and the place see quite cozy and lodge-like. We... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We have a terrific location in Estes, a terrific staff, and everything is under one roof! We price ourselves 50-100% less than the other full-service hotels in town, depsite one of them not having any pool or hot tub, and the other just a tiny one. Please call our front desk or email the... More

Probably one of the best values in Estes for places to stay. We did the BOGO offer. 2 nights for $152 total. $109 the first night and $26 for the second(+ taxes). Clean room. Enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast buffet for $9.99/person was very good. A bit noisy for us, lot's of families (pool area is perfect for this) but... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased you noticed the terrific values we offer. Whether it's a dinner & lodging special for only $109.95 or our popular BOGO offer, we think we offer the best amenities, location, and value in the Estes Valley. Our indoor pool is easily the largest and deepest in town. We're always 50-100% less expensive... More

We stayed at this hotel December 27 - 30 2014. We did not have a reservation when we arrived on the 27th and we just stopped in to check pricing and availability. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and let us know they had availability and a special going on. We booked the room and we were... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. We're all very pleased to see you enjoyed your stay and our accomodating staff. Beautiful new carpeting is now installed in all of our rooms. Four new pieces of artwork are in every room, and most rooms have all new lighting (while we wait for the rest of our shipment). New drapes arrive in... More

I stayed at this hotel when in town for a wedding. The hotel is centrally located and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there in a very slow season so there were very few people around. The hours and food service at the restaurant was spotty, but the bartender was wonderfully accommodating and even stayed open so... More

I got stuck with a room overlooking the pool. I didn't realize the whole hotel was used for pets. I'm allergic to everything so I had to ask for a room that was not recently used for pets and there was only one. I don't recommend a room overlooking the pool as you get no natural light. Your room will... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to see our huge indoor pool was a big hit with your family. It is 9 feet deep and 50 feet long! We allow pets in first floor rooms only, however, during your stay we were installing new carpeting in many of our rooms and our inventory was more limited. We are... More

My family and I spend Thanksgiving night at the Inn. We chose that hotel due to the pool and indoor hot tub for the adults and child in the group to enjoy, and were pleased with our choice. The pool was large and had some others swimming in it. The hot tub was deep and hot, perfect! The room accommodations... More

I called in advance to confirm the heated pool was operational, as it was November and a slow time of year. The front desk clerk who answered confirmed it was. I asked if they would match the online rate I'd found - which they offered to do. She originally offered breakfast with their full rate, before I asked about the... More

Hello: Thank you for your feedback. Visited mid October 2014 with a group of friends celebrating a milestone brithday. We had three rooms with balconies overlooking the pool area.
