great stay - pricey but it's July in a tourist town and most places in Estes Park seem to be motor lodges. Comfortable beds and good food in lobby restaurant. Check in was quick and we received two free drinks and late check out with frequent stay program. Pool is huge and 9 feet deep - my kids loved it... more

This is probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at!!! Do not go there if you want to have a nice vacation. Stay away for your own sake. The hallways are awful and look like from a one star motel or worse. The elevator is terrible and very claustrophobic. The swimming pool is a joke. I have never... more

The experience there was o.k., but we came home with a BED BUG infestation! So far it has cost us $10,000 to try to eradicate it. Home owners insurance offers no assistance due to 'bug' clauses. The hotel is not forthcoming with information about infestations. Anyone else come home with this problem? Anyone involved in mitigation or litigation with this... more

After a couple of nights at Super 8 motels, this room felt extra comfortable, with thick comforters, four pillows on each bed, and a "pillow menu" available if you want something more specialized. The room was quiet and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant has very high prices and seems like typical "hotel food," so... more

Stayed with a last minute hot wire reservation, booked two rooms and had no problems with the exception of the bar tender being intoxicated. The rooms were clean, the staff was more then accommodating to all in our party, we asked for extra towels and they were there within 5 Min's of our call to the front desk. This motel... more

Arrived in Estes Park early (about noon) & went by hotel in off chance we could check in. Woman on phone explaining room options. She did not acknowledge my existence. She would occasionally answer other calls. After about 10 minutes I left as this was not how I wished to spend my day & I regretted guaranteeing a room. A... more

I found the Holiday Inn to be a very average hotel. You do not have many choices in Estes Park. It is a great location to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Also near the great restaurant Egg and I. The hotel is old. I may stay there again if I visited because of the lack of other options. more

I spent 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Rocky MT park. I stayed in the back wing of the property. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The front desk employee at check in was friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. There is a computer in the lobby to access the internet. There is no charge for using the... more

We stayed for the brand and the good/decent reviews. We walked out itching ourselves like manic...in public. Stay away if you have any respect for your personal hygiene. more

Jan. 20, 2008. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I have stayed in other Holiday Inns and this one was just all around better. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. A few little things that were extra nice: a pillow menu with 4 different types of pillows; a heat lamp in the bathroom; a higher... more
